食郁與冠心病的病機演變

【摘要】:食郁為六郁之一,其首先影響脾胃的升降功能,并繼而從正虛與邪實兩個方面不斷演變和轉(zhuǎn)化出其他可能導(dǎo)致冠心病發(fā)生發(fā)展的危險因素。故將食郁作為切入點,分析其促進(jìn)冠心病病機演變的機制內(nèi)涵,并提出可從調(diào)治食郁預(yù)防冠心病的學(xué)術(shù)思想。探討食郁的致病機制,加深對食郁的理論認(rèn)識,從食郁預(yù)防冠心病可能對臨床降低冠心病的發(fā)病率等有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Firstly, it affects the function of spleen and stomach, and then evolves and transforms other risk factors which may lead to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. Therefore, this paper analyzes the mechanism connotation of promoting the evolution of pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, and puts forward the academic thought of preventing coronary heart disease from regulating and treating it. It is of great significance to probe into the pathogenic mechanism of eating depression, to deepen the theoretical understanding of it, and to prevent coronary heart disease from eating depression to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease in clinic.
