【摘要】：論述多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)所致復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)(RSA)的辨證分型及治療,歸納總結(jié)該病責(zé)之于心、肝、脾、腎,辨證以腎虛為主,兼有痰濕、郁火或血瘀。在治療上遵循分階段治療法則:孕前預(yù)培其損,祛除病因,以補(bǔ)腎調(diào)沖為大法,兼健脾祛濕或疏肝清心或養(yǎng)血化瘀;孕后堅(jiān)持用藥,補(bǔ)腎益氣,固護(hù)胎元,同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)患者調(diào)整生活方式,平衡飲食,體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)"治未病"及"個(gè)體化"診療思想。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment of recurrent abortion caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and summarizes the syndrome differentiation of the disease in heart, liver, spleen and kidney, which is characterized by kidney deficiency, phlegm dampness, depression of fire or blood stasis. In the treatment, we should follow the principle of phased treatment: preculture its damage before pregnancy, remove the etiology, take tonifying the kidney and regulating the chong as the great method, and also strengthen the spleen and remove dampness, soothe the liver and clear the heart or nourish the blood and remove blood stasis; after pregnancy, stick to the medicine, tonify the kidney and invigorate the qi, and strengthen and protect the fetal elements, At the same time, patients are encouraged to adjust their lifestyle and balance their diet.
