【摘要】：目的:探討化瘀消腫止痛酊在脛骨平臺(tái)骨折術(shù)后治療腫脹疼痛所起的作用,為臨床進(jìn)一步研究及推廣應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法:應(yīng)用前瞻性的研究方法,觀察60例脛骨平臺(tái)骨折術(shù)后的病人,隨機(jī)分為2組,對(duì)照組30例,試驗(yàn)組30例,試驗(yàn)組術(shù)后涂擦化瘀消腫止痛酊,對(duì)照組涂擦醫(yī)用酒精,以術(shù)前和術(shù)后第1.3、5、7、14天的疼痛、腫脹程度和Rasmussen脛部髁部骨折膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分、功能療效評(píng)分為觀察指標(biāo),對(duì)兩組患者的臨床療效進(jìn)行觀察和對(duì)比。結(jié)果:術(shù)前兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后第14天兩組疼痛程度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后第14天兩組的腫脹程度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者治療14天與治療前Rasmussen脛部髁部骨折膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分、功能療效評(píng)分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:試驗(yàn)組相比對(duì)照組有更好的消腫及止痛作用,化瘀消腫止痛酊是一個(gè)有效減少脛骨平臺(tái)骨折術(shù)后腫脹疼痛的用藥,為臨床用藥提供有益參考,有效促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Huayu Xiaozhong Zhitong tincture on the treatment of swelling pain after tibial plateau fracture. Methods: sixty patients with tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and experimental group (n = 30). The experimental group was treated with Huayu Xiaozhong Zhitong tincture and the control group was treated with medical alcohol. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared with pain, swelling degree, knee joint function score of Rasmussen's tibial condylar fracture and functional curative effect score on the 714 days before and after operation. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation (P 0.05), there was significant difference in the pain degree between the two groups on the 14th day after operation (P 0.05), and there was a significant difference in the swelling degree between the two groups on the 14th day after operation (P 0.05); the patients in the two groups were treated for 14 days and before treatment. The knee joint function score of the tibial condylar fracture of Rasmussen, The difference of functional efficacy score was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the experimental group has better anti-swelling and analgesic effect than the control group. Huayu Xiaozhongzhitong tincture is an effective drug to reduce the swelling and pain after tibial plateau fracture, which can provide useful reference for clinical use and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
