【摘要】：目的:觀察益腎清利方對(duì)慢性腎炎腎虛濕熱證患者臨床療效及調(diào)控血清腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、白細(xì)胞介素-10(IL-10)的作用。方法:60例慢性腎炎腎虛濕熱證患者分為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例。治療組使用西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療配合中藥益腎清利方,對(duì)照組僅給予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療,療程1個(gè)月。采用雙抗體夾心ELISA法測(cè)定患者治療前后血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平。結(jié)果:益腎清利方聯(lián)合西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療在提高臨床療效,降低尿蛋白、血尿方面明顯優(yōu)于單用西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療,特別針對(duì)尿紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)改善與對(duì)照組相比,具有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)。治療后兩組TNF-α、IL-6水平均較治療前下降,治療組較對(duì)照組下降更為明顯(P0.05);治療組治療后IL-10水平較前升高(P0.05),而對(duì)照組治療前后無差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益腎清利方對(duì)TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的調(diào)節(jié)作用,可能是其治療慢性腎炎腎虛濕熱證患者的作用機(jī)理之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Yishen Qingli recipe on chronic nephritis with deficiency of kidney dampness and heat syndrome and the effect of regulating serum TNF- 偽, interleukin-6, interleukin-10 (IL-10). Methods 60 patients with chronic nephritis were divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Yishen Qingli prescription, while the control group was only treated with western medicine for one month. The serum levels of TNF- 偽 IL-6 and IL-10 were measured by double antibody sandwich Elisa before and after treatment. Results: Yishen Qingli prescription combined with Western medicine basic treatment in improving the clinical efficacy, reducing urine protein, hematuria is significantly better than the Western basic treatment alone, especially for the improvement of urine red blood cell count compared with the control group, has a significant advantage. After treatment, the levels of TNF- 偽 and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), while the level of IL-10 in the treatment group was higher than that before and after treatment, but there was no difference in the control group before and after treatment. Conclusion: the regulating effect of Yishen Qingli recipe on IL-10 of TNF- 偽 and IL-6 may be one of the mechanisms of Yishen Qingli recipe in the treatment of chronic nephritis with dampness and heat syndrome.
