【摘要】：目的:觀察回醫(yī)針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸對(duì)兔膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(KOA)模型軟骨細(xì)胞c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)信號(hào)通路中JNK1、2的表達(dá),探討針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的作用機(jī)理。方法:新西蘭大耳兔40只,隨機(jī)分為針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸組、艾灸組、模型組和空白對(duì)照組,參照右后肢膝關(guān)節(jié)伸直位石膏固定法制備兔KOA模型。造模完成后,分別給予針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸治療、艾灸治療,模型組、空白組不予任何處理。治療結(jié)束后取兔膝軟骨組織。采用蛋白印跡法檢測(cè)JNK1、JNK2蛋白表達(dá)。結(jié)果:相比空白組,模型組JNK1、JNK2表達(dá)均升高(P0.01),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;與模型組比較,針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸組、艾灸組JNK1、JNK2表達(dá)均降低(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸組與艾灸組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針砂馬準(zhǔn)灸治療兔KOA可能與激活JNK信號(hào)通路,引起JNK1、JNK2表達(dá)的下降有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the expression of JNK1t2 in the chondrocytes of rabbit knee osteoarthritis model and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: forty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: moxibustion group, model group and blank control group. After the model was made, acupuncture-sand moxibustion treatment, moxibustion therapy, model group and blank group were given without any treatment. The cartilage tissue of rabbit knee was removed after treatment. The expression of JNK1 and JNK2 protein was detected by Western blot. Results: compared with the blank group, the expression of JNK1 / JNK2 in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the expression of JNK1 / JNK2 in the moxibustion group and moxibustion group was significantly lower than that in the model group. There was no significant difference between moxibustion group and moxibustion group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of KOA with needle-sand moxibustion may be related to the activation of JNK signal pathway and the decrease of JNK1 / JNK2 expression.
