【摘要】：慢性萎縮性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是慢性胃炎的一種,是臨床消化系統(tǒng)疾病中的常見病與多發(fā)病,有胃癌癌變的風(fēng)險,多依靠胃鏡及病理學(xué)檢查才能作出診斷。目前CAG已被世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)列為胃癌癌前狀態(tài)之一。對于CAG,西醫(yī)目前尚無特效治療的藥物和方法,治療效果也不理想,而祖國醫(yī)學(xué)有自己的治療特色,治療效果較為滿意。吾師姜樹民教授從事中醫(yī)脾胃病與急癥治療及研究工作三十余載,師承國醫(yī)大師李玉奇老先生以及全國名老中醫(yī)周學(xué)文教授的學(xué)術(shù)思想精華,繼承創(chuàng)新“以癰論治”思想治療脾胃病,勤求古訓(xùn),精于理論,但師古而不泥古,博采眾方,勤于實踐,對CAG總結(jié)出一套系統(tǒng)而有效的治療理論,效果頗佳,筆者有幸跟隨姜樹民教授學(xué)習(xí),希望吾之總結(jié)對學(xué)者有所幫助,望讀者予以指正。
[Abstract]:Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a kind of chronic gastritis, which is a common and frequent disease in clinical digestive system diseases, and has the risk of canceration of gastric cancer. The diagnosis can be made only by gastroscopy and pathological examination. At present, CAG has been listed as one of precancerous state of gastric cancer by WHO. For CAG, there is no medicine and method of special effect in western medicine at present, and the therapeutic effect is not ideal, and the Chinese medicine has its own characteristics of treatment, and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory. Professor Jiang Shumin, our teacher, has been working for more than 30 years in the treatment and research of spleen and stomach diseases and emergencies in Chinese medicine. He has learned the essence of academic ideas from Mr. Li Yuqi, a master of Chinese medicine, and Professor Zhou Xuewen, a famous Chinese medicine practitioner from all over the country. Inheriting and innovating the thought of "treating spleen and stomach diseases with carbuncle theory", often seeking ancient training and being good at theory, but learning from the ancient times rather than mud the ancient ones, collecting many prescriptions diligently and industriously in practice, summing up a set of systematic and effective therapeutic theories for CAG, with good results. I am lucky to follow Professor Jiang Shumin and hope that my summary will be helpful to the scholars and will be corrected by the reader.
