【摘要】：目的觀察對(duì)社區(qū)高血壓患者維持原有降壓方案不變的情況下實(shí)施中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)管理的臨床療效。方法選取深圳市中醫(yī)院金地海景社區(qū)健康服務(wù)中心管轄社區(qū)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的180例高血壓患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各90例。對(duì)照組維持原有的西藥降壓治療;觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上配合中醫(yī)藥治療,干預(yù)6個(gè)月后,觀察兩組臨床癥狀改善和血壓控制情況。結(jié)果實(shí)施中醫(yī)干預(yù)管理6個(gè)月后,觀察組臨床癥狀改善和血壓控制明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)藥作為中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化的瑰寶,在防治高血壓中發(fā)揮著重要作用,將中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)融入社區(qū)衛(wèi)生管理,尤其是重點(diǎn)人群的管理,能夠在社區(qū)進(jìn)一步有效控制高血壓,減少高血壓的并發(fā)癥,降低心腦血管意外事件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine intervention management under the condition that the hypertensive patients in the community maintain the original antihypertensive scheme. Methods 180 hypertensive patients in the community health service center of the Jindi scenic area of Shenzhen Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital were selected to be divided into the control group and the observation group, and 90 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The group maintained the original western medicine for antihypertensive treatment; the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. After 6 months of intervention, the clinical symptoms improvement and blood pressure control of the two groups were observed. Results after 6 months of traditional Chinese medicine intervention management, the improvement of clinical symptoms and blood pressure control in the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine, as a gem of Chinese traditional culture, plays an important role in prevention and control of hypertension. The integration of traditional Chinese medicine service into community health management, especially the management of the key population, can further effectively control hypertension in the community, reduce the complications of hypertension and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular accident.
