【摘要】：目的：通過臨床療效觀察,評價中藥方劑柴胡枳殼湯治療尋常性痤瘡濕熱證的臨床療效。方法：①以現(xiàn)場問診和查體的方法獲取74例尋常性痤瘡濕熱證患者的病情資料,綜合整理數(shù)據(jù)后進行統(tǒng)計分析。②本研究將符合納入標準的71例尋常性痤瘡濕熱證患者,按照隨機對照原則,分為兩組。治療組35例,口服柴胡枳殼湯。對照組36例,口服復(fù)方珍珠暗瘡片。兩組均用痘德保藥汁濕敷。連續(xù)治療4周,每周觀察1次,觀察兩組治療后的療效、停藥后的復(fù)發(fā)情況。所有數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS21.0軟件作統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果：本次調(diào)查中,尋常性痤瘡濕熱證患者年齡以26歲以上居多。病程主要集中在51-100周。病情分級以Ⅱ級和Ⅲ級為最多。主要兼癥中以失眠、脫發(fā)和胸脅脹痛者居多。臨床觀察顯示,治療組總有效率88.6%,對照組總有效率72.2%。兩組治療后皮損、主要兼癥均有所改善。治療組總有效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組,兩組有明顯的差異性(P0.05)。治療組皮損總療效、主要兼癥療效均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。治療組復(fù)發(fā)率低于對照組,兩者復(fù)發(fā)率無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)結(jié)論：尋常性痤瘡的主要兼癥中存在著被忽略的內(nèi)容,應(yīng)當給予必要的總結(jié),并進行理論分析和研究。本次試驗結(jié)合導(dǎo)師經(jīng)驗,歸納出尋常性痤瘡的根本病機是：營衛(wèi)失調(diào)。柴胡枳殼湯是治療尋常性痤瘡濕熱證的有效驗方,能顯著改善患者的臨床癥狀和體征,療效優(yōu)于復(fù)方珍珠暗瘡片,配合痘德保濕敷效果更佳,無明顯不良反應(yīng),值得臨床應(yīng)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Fructus Aurantii decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris dampness and heat syndrome. Methods the clinical data of 74 patients with acne vulgaris dampness and heat syndrome were obtained by on-the-spot examination and physical examination. The data were collected and analyzed. 2. The study included 71 patients with acne vulgaris damp-heat syndrome.
