【摘要】：目的:通過觀察壯醫(yī)經(jīng)筋綜合療法在治療腰椎間盤突出癥中的臨床療效,為后期腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床技術(shù)操作規(guī)范提供指導(dǎo)和基礎(chǔ)實驗數(shù)據(jù)支持。方法:以隨機對照的方法進(jìn)行分組,以治療組和對照組分別命名,每組各40例。觀察入組的80例腰椎間盤突出癥患者的治療效果,治9療組采用壯醫(yī)經(jīng)筋綜合療法進(jìn)行干預(yù),該法是由經(jīng)筋推拿手法、壯醫(yī)火針刺法及壯醫(yī)拔罐療法三部分組成;與常規(guī)針刺療法形成對照。采用簡化McGill評價量表(由PRI、VAS、PPI組成)治療前后分別對兩組的臨床癥狀、體征進(jìn)行評分。每隔1日治療1次,連續(xù)治療7次為1療程,系統(tǒng)治療1個療程后觀察兩組的療效差異。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過1個療程治療后,兩組的癥狀、體征各項評分在治療后均降低(P0.05),經(jīng)筋療法改善程度優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺組(P0.05)。治療組在PRI評分、VAS評分、PPI評分更低(P0.05),治療效果更好(P0.05)。結(jié)論:壯醫(yī)經(jīng)筋綜合療法對腰椎間盤突出癥的治療療效肯定,并且該法無論是在改善癥狀方面還是在提高整體療效方面均比常規(guī)針刺療法更有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of Zhuang doctor and meridian in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to provide guidance and basic experimental data for the later stage of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 40 cases in each group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The therapeutic effect of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation was observed. The treatment group 9 was treated with the combined therapy of Zhuang doctor and meridian, which was composed of three parts: massage manipulation, fire acupuncture and cupping therapy. In contrast with conventional acupuncture therapy. The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment with the simplified McGill Evaluation scale (consisting of PRI VASPPI). The curative effect of the two groups was observed after one course of systematic treatment. Results: after one course of treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in both groups were decreased after treatment, and the improvement degree of meridian therapy was better than that of routine acupuncture group (P 0.05). In the treatment group, the PRI score and the VAS score and the PPI score were lower than those in the control group, and the therapeutic effect was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by combined therapy of Zhuang doctor and meridian tendon is more effective than that of routine acupuncture therapy in both improving symptoms and improving the overall curative effect.
