【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺推拿療法對腦性癱瘓患兒平衡能力及害怕跌倒的影響。方法:將60例學(xué)齡期痙攣型腦癱兒童隨機分為兩組各30例,對照組接受推拿療法,干預(yù)組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用針刺療法,干預(yù)3個月后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)及修訂版的跌倒效能量表(MFES)比較兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果:干預(yù)前,對照組BBS、MFES得分分別為(28.13±3.23)分、(2.67±0.85)分,干預(yù)組BBS、MFES得分分別為(28.45±3.57)分、(2.50±0.69)分,其差異均無顯著性意義(P0.05)。干預(yù)后,對照組BBS、MFES得分分別為(31.83±4.12)分、(4.51±1.32)分,干預(yù)組BBS、MFES得分分別為(38.16±5.28)分、(7.17±1.56)分,各組患兒BBS、MFES得分均較干預(yù)前有所提高,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05),且干預(yù)組得分明顯高于對照組,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針刺推拿療法可以提高腦癱患兒的平衡功能和跌倒自我效能水平,能積極改善患兒害怕跌倒的狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture and massage therapy on balance ability and fear of falling in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: sixty school-age children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in each group. The control group received massage therapy, and the intervention group received acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of intervention, Berg balance scale (BBS) and revised fall efficacy scale (MFESs) were used to compare the intervention effect between the two groups. Results: before intervention, the scores of BBSn MFES were 2.67 鹵0.85 in the control group and 2.50 鹵0.69 in the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After intervention, the scores of BBSn MFES in the control group were 31.83 鹵4.12) and those in the intervention group were 4.51 鹵1.32 and 7.17 鹵1.56, respectively. The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The difference was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture and massage therapy can improve the balance function and fall self efficacy of children with cerebral palsy.
