【摘要】："上者上之"的治療原則,由葉天士在《溫?zé)嵴摗分刑岢?指出病在上焦,用藥當(dāng)投以輕清之品,使藥力上達(dá)。陜西省名中醫(yī)韓世榮教授認(rèn)為,肺處上焦,外合皮毛,皮膚病的發(fā)病,常因由內(nèi)外諸邪,客于肌膚所致,病位亦可歸屬于上焦。臨證中,尊崇葉氏之法,運(yùn)用"上者上之"的原則,在辨證論治的基礎(chǔ)上擅用輕揚(yáng)宣散,走上達(dá)表之品,驅(qū)邪外散,正氣自復(fù),臨床確有實(shí)效,值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:The treatment principle of "the above" was put forward by Ye Tianshi in the Theory of temperature and Heat, pointing out that the disease is on the top of the coke, and the medicine should be used as the product of light and clear, so as to make the medicine more powerful.
