【摘要】：目的分析2型糖尿病患者的中醫(yī)舌象參數(shù)特征,初步探討其與空腹血糖指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性,為無創(chuàng)性舌診輔助糖尿病臨床診斷、療效評價(jià)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警提供客觀化依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用Smart TCM-I型中醫(yī)生命信息分析系統(tǒng)采集并分析2型糖尿病患者的舌象參數(shù)特征,建立舌象參數(shù)與空腹血糖指標(biāo)的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果糖尿病組的整體舌色參數(shù)(TC_R、TC_G、TC_B、TC_H、TC_V)、苔色參數(shù)(CC_R、CC_G、CC_B、CC_H、CC_S、CC_V)、舌形參數(shù)(CRACK_VAL、ENLARGEDTHIN_VAL)與正常對照組相比具有顯著性差異;裂紋參數(shù)與空腹血糖指標(biāo)具有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 2型糖尿病舌象參數(shù)具有一定的特征,可以反映空腹血糖的變化,可能為臨床提供無創(chuàng)性輔助診斷依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of TCM tongue parameters in type 2 diabetes mellitus and to explore the correlation between the parameters of fasting blood glucose and non-invasive tongue diagnosis in order to provide an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis, curative effect evaluation and risk warning of diabetes mellitus. Methods the tongue parameters of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected and analyzed by Smart TCM-I TCM life information analysis system, and the correlation between tongue image parameters and fasting blood glucose index was established. Results the overall tongue color parameters of the diabetic group were compared with the normal control group. There were significant differences in the overall tongue color parameters of the diabetic group and that of the normal control group, and the correlation between the crack parameters and the fasting blood glucose index was also found in the structure of the crack and the correlation between the crack parameters and the fasting blood glucose index (FBG), and the correlation between the crack parameters and the fasting blood glucose index (FBG), as well as the correlation between the crackle parameters and the fasting blood glucose index in comparison with the normal control group in terms of the tongue color parameter, the tongue shape parameter and the normal control group, and the correlation between the crack parameters and the fasting blood glucose index was also found. Conclusion the tongue parameters of type 2 diabetes mellitus have certain characteristics, which can reflect the changes of fasting blood glucose, and may provide noninvasive auxiliary diagnostic basis for clinical diagnosis.
