草烏蒙醫(yī)烘制工藝的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目的:闡明草烏蒙醫(yī)烘制原理,進一步優(yōu)化烘制工藝,以保證草烏的臨床用藥安全有效性。方法:遵循蒙醫(yī)藥理論,按照原始傳統(tǒng)方法烘制草烏藥材,采用HPLC檢測其單、雙酯型生物堿類化合物,并以此為指標性成分,觀察比較與烘制前后變化和烘制時間、溫度等影響因素的相關性,平行試驗比較,確定烘制工藝最佳條件。結(jié)果:蒙醫(yī)烘制工藝最佳條為將草烏藥材潤透至內(nèi)無干心,在110℃下烘制10 h。結(jié)論:此法簡便易行,效果可靠,方法可控,不使用輔料,適合于規(guī);a(chǎn),可作為蒙藥草烏炮制規(guī)范來推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to elucidate the drying principle of Mongolian medicine and further optimize the baking process to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use. Methods: according to the theory of Mongolian medicine and the original traditional method, the medicinal materials of Caowu were prepared. The monoalkaloids and diester alkaloids were determined by HPLC, and the changes and time before and after baking were observed and compared. The correlation of temperature and other influencing factors, parallel test comparison, to determine the best conditions of baking process.
