【摘要】：目的:通過金石止痛湯對慢性結(jié)石性膽囊炎肝膽濕熱型患者的治療,觀察結(jié)石大小改變情況及臨床癥狀體征變化情況,以評定其療效。方法:將符合納入標準的患者42名按就診的先后順序進行編號,采用治療前后自身對照研究,予金石止痛湯治療,2次/日,早晚飯前30min 口服,療程6周。治療結(jié)束后,觀察治療前后的各項指標,進行整理及統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:1.經(jīng)金石止痛湯治療后,結(jié)石大小改變的有效率為57.89%。治療前后結(jié)石直徑數(shù)值進行比較分析,不符合正態(tài)分布,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)兩組相關(guān)樣本非參數(shù)檢驗分析,Z=-4.124,P0.01,治療前后結(jié)石直徑數(shù)值有顯著差異,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。2.中醫(yī)癥候臨床療效的有效率為94.74%。經(jīng)配對樣本t檢驗分析,t=20.399,P0.01,治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分有顯著差異,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3.經(jīng)治療后彩超影像學(xué)的有效率為86.84%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)兩組相關(guān)樣本非參數(shù)檢驗分析,Z=-5.298,P0.01,認為治療前后彩超積分有顯著差異,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:1.金石止痛湯對改善慢性結(jié)石性膽囊炎肝膽濕熱型患者的中醫(yī)癥狀及體征有顯著療效。2.金石止痛湯能改善慢性結(jié)石性膽囊炎肝膽濕熱型患者的彩超影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)。3.金石止痛湯對膽囊結(jié)石有一定的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the curative effect of Jinshi Zhitong decoction on chronic cholecystitis with dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder, and to observe the change of stone size and clinical symptoms and signs. Methods: 42 patients who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the order of their visits. The patients were treated with Jinshi Zhitong decoction twice a day before and after treatment. The patients were treated with 30min for 6 weeks in the morning and evening. After the treatment, the indexes before and after treatment were observed and analyzed statistically. The result is 1: 1. After treatment with Jinshi Zhitong decoction, the effective rate of stone size change was 57.89. The stone diameter value before and after treatment was not in accordance with the normal distribution. The stone diameter value was significantly different before and after treatment by non-parametric test analysis of the two groups of related samples. The effective rate of clinical curative effect of TCM symptom is 94.74. By paired t-test analysis, the score of TCM syndromes was significantly different before and after treatment, with statistical significance .3.The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment. After treatment, the effective rate of color ultrasound imaging was 86.84. The non-parametric analysis of the two groups of related samples showed that there was a significant difference in the color ultrasound score before and after treatment and had statistical significance. Conclusion 1. Jinshi Zhitong decoction has a significant effect on improving the symptoms and signs of chronic gallstone cholecystitis in patients with dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder. Jinshi Zhitong decoction can improve the imaging features of chronic gallstone cholecystitis with dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder. Jinshi Zhitong decoction has certain therapeutic effect on gallstone.
