【摘要】：目的對(duì)瑤藥"腫瘤藤"即星毛冠蓋藤(Pileostegia tomentella Hand.-Mazz.)藤莖的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行研究。方法利用各種色譜方法進(jìn)行分離純化,根據(jù)理化性質(zhì)和NMR,MS等波譜技術(shù)鑒定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果從星毛冠蓋藤藤莖甲醇提取物中的正丁醇萃取部位分離鑒定了13個(gè)化合物,分別為1-O-(β-D-glucosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(ω-hydroxypropyl)phenoxy]propan-3-ol(1),(+)-lyoniresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),紫丁香苷(syringin)(3),柏松苷(coniferin)(4),二氫柏松苷(dihydroconiferin)(5),but-3-enyl-β-D-glucoside(6),4-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxy phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),nikoenoside(8),原兒茶酸乙酯(protocatechuic acid ethyl ester)(9),8-甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(8-methoxy coumarin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(10),6-O-R-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside methyl salicylate(11),煙酰胺(nicotinamide)(12)和3,5-二咖啡�？鼘幩峒柞�(3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinicacid methyl ester)(13)。結(jié)論所有化合物均為首次從該屬和該植物中分離得到。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of the Yao medicine, "Oncology Rattan", on Pileostegia tomentella Hand.-Mazz. The chemical constituents of the stem of rattan were studied. Methods the compounds were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified according to their physicochemical properties and NMRMS spectra. Results 13 compounds were isolated and identified from methanol extracts from the stem of Dioscorea angustifolia. 鍒嗗埆涓，
