【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價針灸治療慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)的療效及安全性。方法:計算機(jī)檢索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、CBM、CNKI、VIP及WanFang Data,查找針灸治療CP的隨機(jī)對照試驗,查找的時間是從數(shù)據(jù)庫建立到2015年9月。依據(jù)Cochrane關(guān)于系統(tǒng)評價的具體方法挑選文獻(xiàn)、提取資料和評價風(fēng)險偏倚,然后使用Revman 5.3作meta分析。結(jié)果:經(jīng)篩選后納入16個研究,總共1200名患者,Meta分析結(jié)果為:針灸治療CP的有效率及改善美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院慢性前列腺炎癥狀評分(National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Smyptom Index,NIH-CPSI)優(yōu)于假針刺組、常規(guī)藥物組及空白對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3個研究報道了針灸治療CP的不良反應(yīng),主要是針刺點疼痛、針刺點皮下血腫,無嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:針灸治療CP的有效率及改善患者NIH-CPSI癥狀評分優(yōu)于對照組,且不良反應(yīng)少,可能是一種安全而有效的治療方法,未來需要質(zhì)量更高、樣本量更大的臨床研究來得出確切的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: a computer search was conducted to search the Cochrane Library Cochrane WanFang data and to find out the randomized controlled trial of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for CP. The search time was from the establishment of database to September 2015. According to the specific method of systematic evaluation of Cochrane, the literature was selected, the data was extracted and the risk bias was evaluated. Then Revman 5.3 was used for meta analysis. Results: a total of 1200 patients were enrolled in 16 studies. The results showed that the effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CP and the improvement of National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Smyptom Index NIH-CPSI were better than those of sham acupuncture group. There were significant differences between the routine drug group and the blank control group. Three studies reported the adverse reactions of acupuncture treatment of CP, mainly acupuncture point pain, acupuncture point subcutaneous hematoma, no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: the effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for CP and the improvement of NIH-CPSI symptom score of patients in the control group are better than those in the control group, and the adverse reactions are less, which may be a safe and effective treatment method with higher quality in the future. A larger sample of clinical studies to arrive at a definite conclusion.
