【摘要】：陰陽是中醫(yī)學(xué)理論體系中最核心的概念,《素問·陰陽應(yīng)象大論》言:"積陽為天,積陰為地","清陽為天,濁陰為地";因天人相應(yīng),所以人體內(nèi)的清陽之氣輕升而在上,濁陰之氣重降而在下。《素問·陰陽應(yīng)象大論》又說:"清陽出上竅,濁陰出下竅;清陽發(fā)腠理,濁陰走五藏;清陽實(shí)四肢,濁陰歸六府"。這些理論告訴我們:陽主升發(fā)而在上,陰主沉降而在下,這是陰陽的本性。然而,在現(xiàn)實(shí)中卻存在著和"陽主升,陰主降"相反的現(xiàn)象和生理活動,如,云雨的形成、氣候的更迭、水火的既濟(jì)、氣血互化、肝升肺降、脾升胃降、心腎相交、中醫(yī)藥治則治法、中醫(yī)藥升降配伍等。筆者通過認(rèn)真深入的研究后認(rèn)為,陰升陽降也是陰陽運(yùn)動中的一種重要形式。文章通過術(shù)數(shù)陰陽以及氣論陰陽兩方面闡釋陰升陽降理論的科學(xué)性,以期為學(xué)術(shù)及臨床上對陰陽理論的運(yùn)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Yin and Yang are the core concepts in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. "Yin and Yang should be like the Great Theory." the words: "Jiyang is heaven, Yin is earth", "clear yang is heaven, turbid yin is earth"; because of the correspondence between heaven and man, the Qi of clearing yang in the human body is rising lightly. The Qi of turbid Yin falls down again. "when asked whether Yin and Yang should be like a Great Theory," he said, "clear Yang from upper orifices, turbid yin out of lower orifices; clear Yang from striae, turbid Yin from five reservoirs; clear Yang from solid limbs, and turbid yin into six chambers." These theories tell us: Yang is rising and rising, Yin is sinking, this is the nature of Yin and Yang. However, in reality, there are phenomena and physiological activities contrary to "yang main rise, Yin dominant fall", such as the formation of clouds and rain, the change of climate, the combination of water and fire, the exchange of qi and blood, the rise of liver and lung, the decrease of spleen and stomach, and the intersection of heart and kidney. Chinese medicine rules of treatment, Chinese medicine ascending and descending compatibility, and so on. The author thinks that Yin and Yang are also an important form of Yin-Yang Movement. This paper expounds the scientific nature of the theory of Yin and Yang rising and falling through the two aspects of the technique of yin and yang and the theory of qi, in order to provide scientific basis for the academic and clinical application of the theory of yin and yang.
