【摘要】：介紹柴胡瀉心湯的組方特點及用其治療慢性胃炎的臨證思路。柴胡瀉心湯由《傷寒論》小柴胡湯與半夏瀉心湯合方化裁而成,根據(jù)《傷寒論》少陽病和痞證各自的致病特點,通過分析少陽病柴胡證誤下后的病機(jī)演變過程,結(jié)合臨床實踐,認(rèn)為少陽樞機(jī)不利兼胃虛氣痞是慢性胃炎的病機(jī)之一。應(yīng)用柴胡瀉心湯治療慢性胃炎,是擴(kuò)大經(jīng)方運(yùn)用范圍的臨床辨治思路。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the prescription characteristics of Chaihu Xiexin decoction and the clinical syndromes of treating chronic gastritis with Chaihu Xiexin decoction. Chaihu Xiexin decoction is composed of Xiao Chaihu decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction. According to the pathogenicity characteristics of Shaoyang disease and ruffian syndrome, the pathogenesis of Shaoyang disease is analyzed and clinical practice is combined. It is considered that Shaoyang Cardinal is one of the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis. Chaihu Xiexin decoction is used to treat chronic gastritis.
