【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查研究偏頭痛的有關(guān)病經(jīng),為指導(dǎo)針灸對(duì)偏頭痛的辨證治療提供新的思路與方法。方法:將來(lái)自廣西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院、廣西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)瑞康醫(yī)院的符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的50例患者,采用傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)絡(luò)診察法中的循法和按法對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢查:病人采取臥位,檢查者應(yīng)用拇指指腹循按患者頸、項(xiàng)部的有關(guān)穴位,看哪個(gè)穴位有壓痛或壓痛伴局部肌肉緊張,出現(xiàn)壓痛或壓痛伴有肌肉緊張之處為陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)點(diǎn),如果穴位局部肌肉發(fā)硬而沒(méi)有壓痛的反應(yīng)點(diǎn)為既往疾病遺留下來(lái)的,與病人目前所患疾病無(wú)關(guān)。然后對(duì)患者進(jìn)行寸口脈診[《針灸臨床雜志》(2013年29卷第8期)“診寸口脈判斷十四經(jīng)脈虛實(shí)法”],看那部脈象異常,最后結(jié)合循按檢查結(jié)果推斷病經(jīng)。結(jié)果:在50例偏頭痛患者中:患者“上入穴”(天柱、下風(fēng)池、人迎、扶突、天窗、天牖)出現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)的經(jīng)脈例數(shù)及百分率如下:足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)48例,占96%;足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)49例,占98%;手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng)40例,占80%;足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)20例,占40%;手陽(yáng)明大腸經(jīng)2例,占4%;手太陽(yáng)小腸經(jīng)2例,占4%�；颊叽缈诿}診異常的經(jīng)脈例數(shù)如下:胃經(jīng)旺脾經(jīng)虛49例,肝膽經(jīng)俱旺48例,肝經(jīng)旺膽經(jīng)虛2例,三焦經(jīng)虛心包經(jīng)虛35例,三焦經(jīng)旺心包經(jīng)虛10例,膀胱經(jīng)虛腎經(jīng)正常30例,膀胱經(jīng)腎經(jīng)虛10例。結(jié)論:偏頭痛直接相關(guān)的經(jīng)脈有:足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)、足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)、足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)、手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng);間接相關(guān)經(jīng)脈有足厥陰肝經(jīng)、足太陰脾經(jīng)、足太陰腎經(jīng)、手厥陰心包經(jīng)。其中,足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)、足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)、足厥陰肝經(jīng)多偏旺;足太陰脾經(jīng)、足太陰腎經(jīng)、手厥陰心包經(jīng)、足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)、手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng)多偏虛。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and study the related diseases of migraine and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of migraine by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: 50 patients from the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine were examined by the traditional meridian examination method. The examiner used the thumb finger abdomen to follow the relevant acupoints of the patient's neck and nape to see which acupoints had tenderness or tenderness with local muscle tension, and where tenderness or tenderness accompanied by muscle tension was the positive reaction point. If the point local muscular stiff and no tenderness response point is a legacy of previous diseases, it has nothing to do with the patient's current disease. Then the patients were examined with cukou pulse examination [Clinical Journal of Acupuncture and moxibustion (No. 8, vol. 29, 2013) "Diagnostic Cunkou vein judging 14 Meridians deficiency and consolidation method", to see the abnormal pulse, and finally infer the disease according to the results of the examination. Results: in 50 patients with migraine, the number and percentage of positive reactions in "upper and lower wind cisterns" (Tianzhu, Xianfeng chi, Renying, protruding, skylight, window) were as follows: 48 cases of foot Shaoyang and gallbladder meridian, 96 cases of stomach Meridian of foot Yang Ming, 49 cases of stomach Meridian of foot Yang Ming, There were 40 cases of Shaoyang Sanjiao in hand, 40 cases of bladder meridian of foot sun, 20 cases of bladder meridian of foot and sun, 2 cases of large intestine meridian of hand yang Ming, 4 cases of small intestine meridian of hand, and 2 cases of small intestine meridian of hand, accounting for 4 cases. The cases of abnormal pulse diagnosis in Cunkou were as follows: 49 cases of gastric meridian and splenic meridian deficiency, 48 cases of liver and gallbladder meridian, 2 cases of liver meridian and gallbladder deficiency, 35 cases of deficiency of pericardial meridian, 10 cases of triJiao meridian asthenia pericardial meridian, and 30 cases of bladder meridian asthenia and kidney meridian. Bladder transrenal meridian deficiency in 10 cases. Conclusion: the direct correlation meridians of migraine are: foot Shaoyang gallbladder Meridian, foot Yangming stomach Meridian, foot Sun bladder Meridian, hand Shaoyang Trijiao Meridian, indirect correlation Meridian are foot Jueyin liver Meridian, foot Taiyin spleen Meridian, foot Taiyin Kidney Meridian, hand Jueyin pericardium Meridian. Among them, foot Shaoyang gallbladder Meridian, foot Yangming stomach Meridian, foot Jueyin liver Meridian more prosperous; foot Taiyin spleen Meridian, foot Taiyin Kidney Meridian, hand Jueyin pericardial Meridian, foot Sun bladder Meridian, hand Shaoyang Trijiao Meridian more deficiency.
