【摘要】：目的觀察五神針治療肝腎不足型血管性癡呆的臨床療效。方法將180例肝腎不足型血管性癡呆患者隨機分為基礎(chǔ)治療組、傳統(tǒng)針刺組和五神針組,每組各60例。基礎(chǔ)治療組進行常規(guī)的基礎(chǔ)治療,傳統(tǒng)針刺組在基礎(chǔ)治療組治療基礎(chǔ)上取傳統(tǒng)針刺穴位進行治療,五神針組在基礎(chǔ)治療組治療基礎(chǔ)上針刺百會,四神聰為主穴進行治療,療程均為28d。比較各組治療前后長谷川癡呆量表(HDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和簡易精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)的評分;檢測治療前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血漿降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)和丙二醛(MDA)的變化。結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)治療組脫落1例,傳統(tǒng)針刺組脫落3例,五神針組脫落2例,治療后五神針組總有效率94.8%,顯著高于基礎(chǔ)治療組69.5%和傳統(tǒng)針刺組的82.5%(均P0.01);五神針組HDS、ADL和MMSE評分較基礎(chǔ)治療組和傳統(tǒng)針刺組改善更為顯著(均P0.05);五神針組SOD、CGRP和MDA水平的改善優(yōu)于基礎(chǔ)治療組和傳統(tǒng)針刺組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論五神針組可顯著提高肝腎不足型血管性癡呆患者的HDS、ADL和MMSE評分,改善SOD、CGRP和MDA的水平,其臨床療效優(yōu)于基礎(chǔ)治療組和傳統(tǒng)針刺組。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Wushen acupuncture on vascular dementia with deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods 180 cases of vascular dementia with deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into basic treatment group, traditional acupuncture group and Wushen acupuncture group with 60 cases in each group. The basic treatment group was treated with routine basic treatment, the traditional acupuncture group took the traditional acupuncture points for treatment on the basis of the basic treatment group, the Wushen acupuncture group treated Baihui on the basis of the basic treatment group, and the main points of Sishencong were treated. The course of treatment was 28 days. The scores of HDS, ADL and MMSE were compared before and after treatment, and the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured before and after treatment. Results one case in the basic treatment group, 3 cases in the traditional acupuncture group and 2 cases in the Wushen acupuncture group. After treatment, the total effective rate of Wushen acupuncture group was 94.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the basic treatment group (69.5%) and the traditional acupuncture group (82.5%) (P < 0.01), and the scores of MMSE and MMSE in the Wushen acupuncture group were significantly better than those in the basic treatment group and the traditional acupuncture group (all P 0.05); the scores of SODCGRP and MDA water in the Wushen acupuncture group were significantly better than those in the basic treatment group and the traditional acupuncture group (P < 0.05). The improvement of pingping was better than that of basic treatment group and traditional acupuncture group (P 0.05). Conclusion Wushen acupuncture group can significantly improve the scores of MMSE and ADL in patients with vascular dementia with liver and kidney deficiency, and improve the levels of MDA and CGRP in patients with liver and kidney deficiency vascular dementia. The clinical efficacy of Wushen acupuncture group is better than that of basic treatment group and traditional acupuncture group.
