【摘要】：目的:建立苗藥朱砂根的高效液相色譜(HPLC)指紋圖譜。方法:采用HPLC法。色譜柱為Diamonsil C_(18),流動相為甲醇-水(梯度洗脫),流速為1.0 mL/min,檢測波長為220 nm,柱溫為30℃,進樣量為10μL。以11-O-(3′,4′,5′-三羥基沒食子�；�)-巖白菜素為參照,測定16批藥材樣品的HPLC圖譜,采用《中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)》(2012版)進行共有峰指認和相似度評價,并就指紋圖譜進行聚類分析。結(jié)果:16批朱砂根藥材的HPLC圖譜有6個共有峰,其中8批藥材樣品的相似度均0.9;16批朱砂根藥材可聚為4類。結(jié)論:該研究所建指紋圖譜可為朱砂根藥材的鑒別和質(zhì)量評價提供參考。
