【摘要】：目的：本課題旨在初步探討冠心病患者指甲與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)方面的關(guān)系。方法：運(yùn)用流行病學(xué)方法,收集33-91歲冠心病患者的基本信息及相關(guān)的臨床資料,并進(jìn)行《中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類及判定》量表測(cè)試及患者指甲的數(shù)碼拍攝,將所得資料結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,觀察冠心病患者指甲與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果：1.將冠心病患者年齡、性別及體質(zhì)因素進(jìn)行卡方檢驗(yàn),得出冠心病患者在性別和中醫(yī)體質(zhì)有差異性(X2=17.94,P=0.0220.05),女性氣郁質(zhì)較男性明顯偏高；2.在年齡因素,與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)上存在差異性(X2=62.654,P=0.0010.05)；3.X2=233.329,P=0.0000.05,結(jié)果顯示指甲顏色與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)性；4.X2=67.242,P=0.0040.05,結(jié)果顯示指甲形狀與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)性；5.X2=81.611,P=0.0000.05,結(jié)果顯示指甲半月痕的數(shù)量與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)性；6.X2=36.766,P=0.0020.05,結(jié)果顯示指甲半月痕面積與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)性；7.X2=44.292,P=0.0070.05,結(jié)果顯示指甲半月痕顏色與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)存在關(guān)聯(lián)性。結(jié)論：冠心病患者的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)與性別、年齡存在差異性,且與指甲顏色、形狀、半月痕數(shù)量、半月痕面積、半月痕顏色存在關(guān)聯(lián)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between fingernails and TCM constitution in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: the basic information and related clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) aged from 33 to 91 years were collected by means of epidemiology, and the TCM constitution classification and judgment scale was tested and the fingernails of the patients were photographed digitally. The data were statistically analyzed to observe the relationship between fingernails and TCM constitution in patients with coronary heart disease. The result is 1: 1. By chi-square test on age, sex and physique of patients with coronary heart disease, it is concluded that there are differences between sex and constitution of TCM in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). In terms of age, There is a difference in physique of TCM. The result shows that there is a correlation between nail color and TCM constitution. The result shows that there is a correlation between nail shape and TCM constitution. The result shows that the number of fingernail marks and the constitution of TCM are related. The result shows that the number of fingernail marks is related to TCM constitution. The result shows that the number of fingernail marks is closely related to TCM constitution, and the result shows that the number of fingernail marks is closely related to TCM physique, and the result shows that the number of fingernail marks is closely related to TCM constitution. The results showed that there was a correlation between the area of nail semilunar marks and TCM physique. The results showed that the color of fingernail semilunar marks was correlated with TCM constitution. Conclusion: there are differences between TCM constitution and sex and age in patients with coronary heart disease, and there is a correlation with nail color, shape, number of semilunar marks, area of semilunar scars and color of semilunar scars.
