【摘要】：目的觀察咽喉部走罐配合放血療法治療急性咽炎的臨床療效。方法將36例急性咽炎患者隨機分為兩組,每組18例。治療組采用咽喉部走罐配合天突穴放血,對照組采用口服蒲地藍消炎口服液治療。以急性咽炎癥狀分級量化表評判兩組療效,并觀察治療組是否出現(xiàn)副反應。結果兩組治療均有效,兩組總療效比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組較對照組起效快,有效改善患者咽痛、咽干灼熱,改善咽部黏膜充血情況,縮短病程,且無副反應。結論咽喉部走罐配合放血療法治療急性咽炎療效確切,能有效緩解患者痛苦,縮短病程,且安全無副反應。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of pharyngeal cupping combined with bloodletting therapy on acute pharyngitis. Methods 36 patients with acute pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with pharyngopharynx cupping combined with blood-letting at Tiandu point, while the control group was treated with Pudilanxiaoyan oral liquid. Acute pharyngitis symptom scale was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups, and the side effects were observed in the treatment group. Results both groups were effective. There was no significant difference in total curative effect between the two groups (P 0.05). The effect of treatment group was faster than that of control group, and it could effectively improve the pharynx pain, dry pharynx burning, hyperemia of pharynx mucosa, shorten the course of disease, and had no side effects. Conclusion the treatment of acute pharyngitis with laryngopharyngeal cupping combined with bloodletting therapy is effective in relieving pain, shortening the course of disease, and safe without side effects.
