【摘要】：目的:觀察養(yǎng)心生脈顆粒輔助治療擴(kuò)張性心肌病并心力衰竭的臨床效果。方法:在2014年3月至2016年2月期間于我院心內(nèi)科就診的擴(kuò)張性心肌病合并心力衰竭患者共72例,隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成2組(各36例)。一組為對(duì)照組,給予常規(guī)治療藥物,另一組為觀察組,在常規(guī)藥物基礎(chǔ)上加用養(yǎng)心生脈顆粒用以輔助治療,分析該兩組患者心功能指標(biāo)和治療療效差異。結(jié)果:(1)觀察組治療后的總有效率為91.67%,明顯高于對(duì)照組72.22%。治療后,觀察組血清腦鈉肽(NT-Pro BNP)水平、左心射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)和明尼蘇達(dá)心力衰竭生活質(zhì)量量表(ml HFFQ)得分分別為(513.0±14.8pg/ml、44.81±2.03%、49.51±5.24分),均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(669.1±15.2pg/ml、39.95±2.05%、59.82±5.81分)。(3)治療后,觀察組心輸出量(CO)、6分鐘步行試驗(yàn)(6MWT)和心率分別為(3.16±0.15L/min、474.5±18.5m、85.1±2.2次/min),均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(2.69±0.14L/min、419.5±17.3m、91.6±2.4次/min)。(4)治療后,觀察組左室收縮末期內(nèi)徑(LVSD)和左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVDD)分別為(41.02±1.86、51.28±2.41)mm,均明顯小于對(duì)照組(46.80±2.01、58.00±2.59)mm。(5)治療期間,觀察組有11.11%的患者發(fā)生不良反應(yīng),低于對(duì)照組22.22%,但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:養(yǎng)心生脈顆�？勺鳛閿U(kuò)張性心肌病并心力衰竭的輔助用藥,其可提高治療療效,改善患者心功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Shengmai granule in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. Methods: from March 2014 to February 2016, 72 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups (36 cases each). One group was the control group, and the other group was the observation group. The other group was treated with Yangxinshengmai granule on the basis of routine medicine. The difference of cardiac function index and therapeutic effect between the two groups was analyzed. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.22%). After treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide NT-Pro BNPs, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and Minnesota Heart failure quality of Life scale (HFFQs) were 513.0 鹵14.8pgml / ml, 44.81 鹵2.03g / ml and 49.51 鹵5.24, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (669.1 鹵15.2pgml / ml 39.95 鹵2.059.82 鹵5.81). The cardiac output and heart rate were 3.16 鹵0.15L / min, 474.5 鹵18.5 mg / min and 85.1 鹵2.2 / min, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (2.69 鹵0.14L / min 419.5 鹵17.3 mm / min 91.6 鹵2.4 times / min 路min ~ (4). The left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVSD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDDD) were 41.02 鹵1.86 鹵51.28 鹵2.41 mm respectively in the observation group, which were significantly lower than that in the control group (46.80 鹵2.01g 58.00 鹵2.59mm.) during the treatment period, 11.11% of the patients in the observation group had adverse reactions, which were lower than 22.22mm in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Yangxinshengmai granule can be used as an adjuvant drug for dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.
