【摘要】：目的:通過系統(tǒng)整理清代及清代以前的中醫(yī)文獻中關(guān)于風池穴的相關(guān)資料,建立風池穴數(shù)據(jù)庫,分析風池穴的主治病證、配伍規(guī)律、刺灸方法、禁忌等,為針灸臨床和科研起到指導和借鑒意義。方法:本課題對源文獻的選擇,主要以湖南電子音像出版社出版的《中華醫(yī)典》(第五版)收錄的1000余部中醫(yī)古籍為主進行數(shù)據(jù)檢索,分析風池穴的單穴治療及配伍治療病證范圍、配伍規(guī)律、操作方法等。結(jié)果:風池穴單穴主治病證53種,優(yōu)勢病證14種;配伍主治病證120種,優(yōu)勢病證25種;配伍腧穴192個(經(jīng)穴184、經(jīng)外奇穴8),前15位的經(jīng)穴依次為風府、百會、合谷、上星、足三里、曲池、天牖、媔婩、大椎、懸鐘、肩毭、睛明、間使、肩井、絲竹空;主要操作方法為針刺和艾灸。結(jié)論:研究結(jié)果直觀呈現(xiàn)了風池穴古代臨床應(yīng)用情況,對現(xiàn)代針灸臨床及科學研究具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to set up the database of Fengchi acupoints in the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in Qing Dynasty and before Qing Dynasty, and to analyze the main treatment syndrome, compatibility rule, moxibustion method and contraindication of Fengchi acupoint. It is of great significance for clinical and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: more than 1000 ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine published by Hunan Electronic Audio and Video Publishing House (Fifth Edition) were selected for data retrieval. This paper analyzes the range of syndrome, compatibility rule and operation method of single point therapy and compatibility therapy of Fengchi acupoint. Results: there were 53 main and 14 dominant syndromes in Fengchi acupoint, 120 in combination with main treatment syndrome and 25 in dominant disease syndrome, 192 acupoints were compatible with each other (meridian point 1844, meridian Qi point 8Li, the top 15 acupoints were Fengfu, Baihui, Hegu, Shangxing, respectively), the first 15 acupoints were Fengfu, Baihui, Hegu, Shangxing, and the first 15 were Fengfu, Baihui, Hegu and Shangxing, respectively. Zusanli, Quchi, Tianyou, Li, Dazhui, hanging bell, shoulder, eye, alternate, shoulder well, silk bamboo empty; main operation methods are acupuncture and moxibustion. Conclusion: the results of this study present the ancient clinical application of Fengchi acupoint directly and have reference value for modern clinical and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion.
