【摘要】：邪實痹為三因三候痹之一,是按證候分類的風(fēng)濕病三級痹病。歷史上對于邪實痹相關(guān)論述較少,且不系統(tǒng),通過對邪實痹有關(guān)歷代文獻(xiàn)的整理和研究,包括邪實痹的病名、病因病機(jī)、歷代醫(yī)家對論述及治療等,以便能更清晰地認(rèn)識邪實痹,更好地應(yīng)用于臨床。邪實痹在臨床上有著重要的意義,是對風(fēng)濕病病種的豐富和發(fā)展,值得進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:As one of the three-syndrome arthralgia, it is a third-class arthralgia of rheumatism classified by syndromes. In history, there are few and no systematic expositions on pathogenic arthralgia. Through the collation and study of the literature of the past dynasties, including the name, etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of the disease of the evil and the arthralgia, and so on, the medical experts of the past dynasties have discussed and treated it, and so on. In order to more clearly understand the evil and arthralgia, a better clinical application. Pathogenic arthralgia is of great significance in clinical practice, which is the enrichment and development of rheumatic diseases and deserves further study.
