【摘要】：從臨床觀察出發(fā),認(rèn)為在慢性心衰病的治療過程中,患者常出現(xiàn)明顯的大氣下陷證和中氣下陷證,二者癥狀表現(xiàn)與治療確有不同。在慢性心衰病的不同發(fā)展階段,"氣"表現(xiàn)為不同的特點(diǎn),故從慢性心衰大氣下陷證和中氣下陷證的淵源、臨床表現(xiàn)、應(yīng)用辨析其異同,提出二者的代表方升陷湯和升降湯各有其特點(diǎn),并從方劑的組成、功效方面闡釋在不同的心衰階段如何遣方用藥,為臨床辨證化繁從簡(jiǎn)作初步探索。
[Abstract]:From the clinical observation, it is considered that in the course of treatment of chronic heart failure, the patients often have obvious atmospheric depression syndrome and moderate qi depression syndrome, and their symptoms are different from the treatment. In different stages of development of chronic heart failure disease, "Qi" is characterized by different characteristics. Therefore, from the origin of atmospheric depression syndrome and midqi depression syndrome of chronic heart failure, clinical manifestations, the differences and similarities between them are analyzed. This paper points out that the representative of Fang Sheng decoction and Sheng Tang Tang have their own characteristics, and explains how to send prescriptions in different stages of heart failure in terms of the composition and efficacy of prescriptions, so as to make a preliminary exploration for clinical syndrome differentiation and simplification.
