【摘要】：回顧了構(gòu)建以病機(jī)十三條為核心的病機(jī)辨證體系的初衷,強(qiáng)調(diào)辨證論治過程中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)是把握病機(jī),病機(jī)理論是全部中醫(yī)理論的核心。病機(jī)十三條是以《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》病機(jī)十九條為基礎(chǔ),融合后世醫(yī)家病機(jī)理論而成。提出以病機(jī)十三條為核心構(gòu)建病機(jī)辨證新體系,使現(xiàn)有各種傳統(tǒng)辨證方法得以融會(huì)貫通,充實(shí)、完善與發(fā)展了中醫(yī)病機(jī)理論體系。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the original intention of constructing the system of syndrome differentiation based on the thirteen principles of pathogenesis, and emphasizes that the key link in the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment is to grasp the pathogenesis, and the theory of pathogenesis is the core of all the theories of traditional Chinese medicine. The thirteen pathogeneses are based on the Nineteen Pathogens of Huangdi, and are based on the theory of the pathogenesis of the later physicians. This paper puts forward a new system of syndrome differentiation based on the thirteen principles of pathogenesis, which makes the existing traditional methods of syndrome differentiation complete and enrich, and perfect and develop the theory system of pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.
