本文選題：針刺 + 緊張性頭痛��； 參考：《山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)》2016年碩士論文

【摘要】：目的:搜集近二十年國內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)庫中收錄的有關(guān)針刺治療緊張性頭痛的文章,運(yùn)用云數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù),探析取穴組方規(guī)律,為相關(guān)科研與臨床工作提供依據(jù)。方法:本研究以中國知識(shí)資源總庫、萬方、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫為檢索源,以1996.06~2015.05為期限,以“主題=緊張性頭痛并且主題=針刺或腧穴”為條件,利用計(jì)算機(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)取穴、方法、療程頻次,并探索其規(guī)律性。結(jié)果:1.主穴的統(tǒng)計(jì)情況:針刺治療緊張性頭痛的主穴共69個(gè),涉及全身各個(gè)部位,分布在頭部的有32個(gè),四肢部共25個(gè),以風(fēng)池、百會(huì)、太陽穴運(yùn)用頻率最高。2.配穴的統(tǒng)計(jì)情況:按疼痛部位選取的配穴多以原穴、五腧穴和局部選穴為主;按證型配穴中,較常見的致病因素與肝郁、痰濕、瘀血、氣血的關(guān)系最密切,根據(jù)證型選取的配穴以脾經(jīng)、胃經(jīng)腧穴居多。3.針刺治療常結(jié)合使用的方法有16種,以電針、中藥、放血療法應(yīng)用頻率最高。4.治療時(shí)間的制定,多數(shù)為留針30分鐘,一日一次,共20日;重要腧穴注重針刺深度與方向,風(fēng)池穴向鼻尖方向斜刺較為安全,刺入0.8~1.2寸,百會(huì)穴多平刺,刺入0.5~0.8寸。結(jié)論:針刺治療緊張性頭痛選穴組方原則明確,注重辨證配穴,可結(jié)合多種方法治療,效果顯著。組方以止痛安神,調(diào)和氣血為原則,選穴以頭部配合四肢遠(yuǎn)端取穴為主,配合循經(jīng)或辨證取穴。常配合電針、刺血等法,加強(qiáng)鎮(zhèn)痛效果。留針時(shí)間與療程需綜合病情制定。重要穴位注重針刺深度,方向據(jù)病位選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: to collect the articles on acupuncture treatment of tension headache in the domestic database for the last twenty years. Using the cloud data technology to explore the rules of the cavern group, and provide the basis for the related scientific research and clinical work. The important points should be focused on the depth of acupuncture and the direction should be chosen according to the location of disease.
