【摘要】：目的:基于現(xiàn)代百余年名老中醫(yī)診治風(fēng)溫肺熱病的文獻,分析風(fēng)溫肺熱病常見證候及其臨床特征,為風(fēng)溫肺熱病臨床辨證提供理論依據(jù)。方法:基于已建立的《現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)肺病數(shù)據(jù)庫》和《期刊中醫(yī)肺病數(shù)據(jù)庫》,從中檢索出符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻,建立《現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)診治風(fēng)溫肺熱病文獻研究數(shù)據(jù)庫》,利用SPSS 18.0軟件,采用頻數(shù)描述、因子分析與聚類分析進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:篩選出風(fēng)溫肺熱病證候32種,頻率≥5%的證候有8種,分別是:風(fēng)熱犯肺證、肺氣陰兩虛證、濕熱內(nèi)蘊證、邪入少陽證、肺經(jīng)郁火證、表寒肺熱證、氣虛濕困證、正虛邪戀證。根據(jù)常見癥狀的因子分析與聚類分析結(jié)果所推斷出的證候有肺氣陰兩虛證、濕熱內(nèi)蘊證、邪入少陽證、肺經(jīng)郁火證、氣虛濕困證、正虛邪戀證、暑濕證、熱毒閉肺證、熱擾神明證、熱入營分證、濕熱蘊脾證、肺熱熾盛證、痰熱壅肺證、燥邪犯肺證、痰濕內(nèi)阻證。風(fēng)溫肺熱病的臨床常見證候有風(fēng)熱犯肺證、肺氣陰兩虛證、濕熱內(nèi)蘊證、邪入少陽證、氣虛濕困證、痰熱壅肺證;每個證候有其癥狀特征。結(jié)論:風(fēng)溫肺熱病的臨床常見證候有風(fēng)熱犯肺證、肺氣陰兩虛證、濕熱內(nèi)蘊證、邪入少陽證、氣虛濕困證、痰熱壅肺證,證候?qū)傩杂幸欢ㄒ?guī)律,該文獻研究結(jié)果尚需進一步的臨床研究驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the common syndromes and clinical characteristics of wind-warming lung fever based on the literature of modern Chinese medicine for more than one hundred years, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical differentiation of wind-warming lung fever. Methods: based on the established Database of Pulmonary Diseases of Modern and Old Chinese Medicine and the Database of Pulmonary Diseases of Chinese Medicine periodicals, the literature that met the inclusion criteria was retrieved from the database. To establish the database of the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of wind-warmed lung fever by modern famous Chinese medicine, using the software of SPSS 18.0, using frequency description, factor analysis and cluster analysis to carry on statistical analysis.
