【摘要】：目的:探討加味柴胡疏肝散治療功能性消化不良(肝郁氣滯證)的臨床療效及其對胃電圖的影響。方法:收集2015年2月至2016年1月湖南中醫(yī)藥大學第一附屬醫(yī)院脾胃病科門診就診符合納入標準的FD肝郁氣滯證患者130例,隨機分為治療組64例、對照組66例,治療組服用加味柴胡疏肝散,對照組口服泮托拉唑腸溶膠囊及多潘立酮片劑,觀察比較兩組治療后的臨床療效、中醫(yī)證候積分變化及胃電DF、N%、PR的變化情況。結(jié)果:1.疾病療效:治療組總有效率92.19%,對照組總有效率80.30%,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);2.中醫(yī)證候積分變化:兩組治療后與治療前比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后治療組與對照組比較,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在改善脘脅脹痛、急躁易怒、腹脹、納呆、精神抑郁、口苦等癥方面,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在改善脘悶噯氣及燒心、泛酸、嘔吐、咽部異物感等癥方面,兩組差異無明顯統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。3.胃電圖比較:治療組DF、N%、PR治療后與治療前比較均有不同程度的升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);對照組DF及N%治療后與治療前比較,均有不同程度的升高,餐前差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),餐后差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);對照組PR治療后與治療前比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后兩組比較,N%、PR差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后兩組DF差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。4.不良反應觀察,兩組患者在治療過程中未出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應及毒副作用。結(jié)論:加味柴胡疏肝散能有效治療FD肝郁氣滯證患者,增強胃蠕動,促進胃排空,明顯改善臨床癥狀,安全且無毒副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of modified chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (stagnation of liver-qi) and its effect on electrogastrogram. Methods: from February 2015 to January 2016, 130 patients with FD liver stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 64) and control group (n = 66). The treatment group was treated with modified chaihu Shugan powder, and the control group was treated with pam Tora enteric capsule and domperidone tablet. The clinical effect, the change of TCM syndrome integral and the change of stomach electricity DFN and PR were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment. The result is 1: 1. The curative effect of disease: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.19%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.30%. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Changes of TCM syndrome score: there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment; after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in the symptoms of depression, depression and bitter mouth, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of belching and heartburn, pantothenic acid, vomiting and foreign body sensation of pharynx. Comparison of electrogastrogram: in the treatment group, the levels of DF and N% increased in different degrees after treatment compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and that in the control group and N% was higher than that before treatment. There were significant differences in preprandial and postprandial differences (P 0.05); in the control group, there was significant difference in P 0.05; after treatment, there was a significant difference in P 0.05; after treatment, there was no significant difference in DF between the two groups (P 0.05 .4). Adverse reaction observation showed that there were no obvious side effects and side effects during the treatment. Conclusion: modified chaihu Shugan powder can effectively treat FD patients with stagnation of liver qi, enhance gastric peristalsis, promote gastric emptying, improve clinical symptoms, and be safe and without toxic side effects.
