【摘要】：背景:妊娠心煩是較為常見(jiàn)的妊娠期疾病。該病的發(fā)生多為母體因素,與體質(zhì)、飲食、情緒、生活環(huán)境等多方面有關(guān)。西醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)于該病僅能對(duì)癥抗抑郁治療,方法單一且副作用明顯。而中醫(yī)學(xué)能夠通過(guò)辨證論治,整體調(diào)整來(lái)達(dá)到安胎之效。導(dǎo)師姚美玉教授在三十多年的行醫(yī)生涯中,對(duì)于妊娠疾病的治療積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),在對(duì)本病的不斷摸索與實(shí)踐過(guò)程中形成了自己的一套效果顯著的治療方法,造福了無(wú)數(shù)孕婦與家庭。目的:著重研究姚美玉教授治療妊娠心煩的用藥特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,總結(jié)出其對(duì)妊娠心煩的治療思路與臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),為該病的治療提供更多參考。方法:應(yīng)用Microsoft Excel 2010中的資料數(shù)據(jù)表,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,對(duì)導(dǎo)師治療妊娠心煩的有效病例處方進(jìn)行分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)每種藥物的出現(xiàn)頻數(shù)、頻率,以常用藥物及高、中、低頻藥物,常用藥物的氣味歸經(jīng)為觀察點(diǎn),使用SPSS(version 19)軟件聚類分析,總結(jié)出導(dǎo)師治療該病的用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)論:1.妊娠心煩的病性以熱為主。2.妊娠心煩以陰虛型多見(jiàn)。3.妊娠心煩的治療原則為治病與安胎并舉。4.妊娠心煩的主要治法是補(bǔ)益脾腎安胎、養(yǎng)陰清熱除煩。5.妊娠心煩的基本方劑為壽胎丸合人參麥冬散加減。
[Abstract]:Background: pregnancy is a common disorder of pregnancy. The occurrence of the disease is related to maternal factors, such as constitution, diet, mood, living environment and so on. Western medicine can only treat this disease with single method and obvious side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine can be treated by differentiation, the overall adjustment to achieve the effect of fetal. Professor Yao Meiyu, a tutor, has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of pregnancy diseases in his more than 30 years of medical practice, and has formed his own set of effective treatment methods in the process of continuous exploration and practice of this disease. Benefit countless pregnant women and families. Objective: to study the characteristics and rules of medicine used by Professor Yao Meiyu in the treatment of pregnancy upset, sum up its treatment ideas and clinical experience, and provide more references for the treatment of the disease. Methods: using the data table of Microsoft Excel 2010 and the statistical method, the effective prescriptions of tutors for treatment of pregnancy upset were analyzed. The frequency and frequency of each drug were counted, and the common drugs and high, middle and low frequency drugs were used. The odour of common drugs was used as observation point, and SPSS(version 19 software was used to cluster analysis to summarize the rule of medicine used by mentors to treat the disease. Conclusion 1. The main disease of pregnancy is fever. 2. The most common type of pregnancy is yin deficiency. The treatment principle of pregnancy upset is to treat the disease and the fetus at the same time. 4. The main treatment of pregnancy upset is tonifying spleen and kidney, nourishing yin and clearing heat. The basic prescription of pregnancy upset is Shou-Feiwan and Ginseng Maidong Powder plus or minus.
