【摘要】：目的探討參附注射液對(duì)老年骨折患者甲狀腺素水平的影響及對(duì)心臟的保護(hù)作用。方法選取2014年7月至2015年6月該院收治的150例老年骨折患者作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組75例。對(duì)照組采取相應(yīng)的骨科處理,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上加以50mL的參附注射液進(jìn)行治療。觀察兩組患者心肌缺血、心律失常、室性早搏、室上性早搏發(fā)生情況,比較兩組患者治療前和治療甲狀腺素水平[三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T3)、甲狀腺素(T4)、促甲狀腺激素(TSH)]。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組的T3、T4、TSH甲狀腺素水平顯著高于對(duì)照組[(0.97±0.14)vs.(0.72±0.09)μg/L,(87.43±6.11)vs.(82.14±4.54)μg/L,(3.98±0.41)vs.(3.58±0.37)μg/L],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組的心肌缺血、室性早搏、室上性早搏、短陣室上性心動(dòng)過(guò)速的發(fā)生率顯著低于對(duì)照組[13.33%(10/75)vs.29.33%(22/75),9.33%(7/75)vs.21.33%(16/75),12.00%(9/75)vs.25.33%(19/75),8.00%(6/75)vs.20.00%(15/75)],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組的室性早搏為100~300次或大于300次,室上性早搏為100~300次或大于300次的發(fā)生率均比對(duì)照組低[4.00%(3/75)vs.18.67%(14/75),5.33%(4/75)vs.22.67%(17/75),2.67%(2/75)vs.17.33%(13/75),4.00%(3/75)vs.20.00%(15/75)],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年骨折患者使用參附注射液能有效改善甲狀腺素水平,降低心腦血管不良事件的發(fā)生率,對(duì)心臟具有保護(hù)性作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on thyroxine level and heart protection in elderly patients with fracture. Methods from July 2014 to June 2015, 150 patients with senile fracture were selected and divided into observation group (n = 75) and control group (n = 75). The control group was treated with orthopaedics, and the observation group was treated with Shenfu injection of 50mL. Myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, ventricular premature beats and supraventricular premature beats were observed in two groups. Results after treatment, the level of T3T4TSH in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [0.97 鹵0.14)vs.(0.72 鹵0.09) 渭 g / L, 87.43 鹵6.11)vs.(82.14 鹵4.54 渭 g / L, 3.98 鹵0.41)vs.(3.58 鹵0.37 渭 g / L]. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of myocardial ischemia, ventricular premature beats, supraventricular tachycardia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [13.33 / 10 / 75 vs.29.33 + 22 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 75 / 7 / 75 / 7.75 / 7.75 / 21.3375 / 12.00 12.00 / 9 / 75 vs.25.3319 / 75 / 8.00 / 6.75 / vs.20.00 / 15 / 75], there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.055.75). In the observation group, the incidence of 300 or more ventricular premature beats and 100 or more extrasystole beats in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [4.00 / 375 / v s.18.6775 / 1475 / 5.33], and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenfu injection can effectively improve the level of thyroxine, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and have protective effect on the heart.
