【摘要】：目的:觀察參蛭通心膠囊治療氣虛血瘀型房顫的臨床療效,同時(shí)探討其對(duì)心功能的影響,為治療房顫和提高患者的生存質(zhì)量提供新的臨床依據(jù)。方法:選擇氣虛血瘀型房顫合并心衰的患者60例,隨機(jī)分成治療組和對(duì)照組各30例,對(duì)照組給予西藥常規(guī)治療,治療組在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予中藥參蛭通心膠囊,觀察4周后,記錄并分析比較兩組患者治療后的臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療后,治療組房顫轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)率為80%,對(duì)照組為70%,治療組高于對(duì)照組;治療組患者的房顫相關(guān)癥狀明顯改善(P0.05);治療組可顯著改善患者心功能(P0.05);治療組在降低血NT-proBNP、Hs-CRP水平和減小左房?jī)?nèi)徑,提高射血分?jǐn)?shù)方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組患者24小時(shí)平均心室率均明顯降低,但治療組顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組患者的24小時(shí)總心搏數(shù)均顯著降低(P0.01)。在改善中醫(yī)癥狀方面,治療組總有效率為90%,對(duì)照組總有效率為73.33%,兩組比較差異明顯(P0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:參蛭通心膠囊可提高房顫的轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)率,降低房顫發(fā)作次數(shù)和改善患者的房顫癥狀和心功能,對(duì)于房顫合并心衰的患者有確切的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Shenzhi Tongxin capsule on atrial fibrillation due to qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to explore the effect of Shenzhi Tongxin capsule on cardiac function so as to provide a new clinical basis for the treatment of atrial fibrillation and the improvement of patients' quality of life. Methods: sixty patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Shenzhi Tongxin capsule on the basis of routine treatment. After 4 weeks of observation, the clinical effects of the two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results: after treatment, the conversion rate of atrial fibrillation was 80 in the treatment group and 70 in the control group, which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group. The symptoms associated with atrial fibrillation in the treatment group were significantly improved (P 0.05), the heart function in the treatment group was significantly improved (P 0.05), the serum NT-proBNPN Hs-CRP level and the left atrial diameter were decreased in the treatment group. The increase of ejection fraction was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), the mean 24 hour ventricular rate in both groups was significantly lower than that in the control group, but the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the 24 hour total cardiac beats in both groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). The total effective rate was 90 in the treatment group and 73.33 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Shenzhi Tongxin capsule can improve the conversion rate of atrial fibrillation, reduce the frequency of atrial fibrillation attack and improve the symptoms of atrial fibrillation and cardiac function. It is effective for patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure.
