【摘要】：老年性皮膚瘙癢癥為較常見的老年性皮膚病之一,其病因復(fù)雜,癥狀反復(fù)發(fā)作,嚴(yán)重降低了老年人的生活質(zhì)量。目前西醫(yī)對(duì)其發(fā)病機(jī)制尚缺乏明確定論,治療效果不佳。張學(xué)智教授以中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)理論為基礎(chǔ),在臨證治療中以"寒熱"為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出"理論溯源-臨床表現(xiàn)-病因病機(jī)-物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)-組方用藥"為一體的從"寒熱"論治老年性皮膚瘙癢癥理論思路。尤其指導(dǎo)臨床寒熱分級(jí)、分期論治、寒熱平調(diào)的治療思路,以期從"寒熱"角度詮釋及分析老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的病本質(zhì)并指導(dǎo)臨床治療。
[Abstract]:Senile pruritus is one of the most common senile dermatoses. Its etiology is complex and its symptoms repeatedly attack, which seriously reduces the quality of life of the elderly. At present, Western medicine is still lack of clear conclusion on its pathogenesis, treatment effect is not good. Professor Zhang Xuezhi based on the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine, in the clinical treatment of "cold heat" as the starting point, This paper puts forward the theory of "theory traceability, clinical manifestation, etiology, pathogenesis, material basis and prescription medication" for treating senile skin pruritus from "cold and heat". In particular, it can guide the clinical treatment of cold and heat grading, treatment by stages and leveling of cold and heat, in order to interpret and analyze the nature of senile skin pruritus from the angle of "cold and heat" and to guide the clinical treatment.
