【摘要】：目的:探究急性缺血性中風(fēng)病患者血小板抑制率的特點(diǎn)及其與痰熱腑實(shí)證的關(guān)系。方法:納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的急性缺血性中風(fēng)病患者85例,辨證屬痰熱腑實(shí)證者44例,非痰熱腑實(shí)者41例,對(duì)所有患者進(jìn)行性別、年齡、病史等信息記錄,并采用血栓彈力圖進(jìn)行血小板抑制率(AA抑制率、ADP抑制率)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:急性缺血性中風(fēng)病患者ADP抑制率、(AA+ADP)抑制率均與病程呈直線(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)(r分別為-0.223、-0.264,P0.05),AA抑制率與ADP抑制率呈直線(xiàn)正相關(guān)(r=0.283,P0.01),痰熱腑實(shí)證組ADP抑制率、(AA+ADP)抑制率水平較非痰熱腑實(shí)證組低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:急性缺血性中風(fēng)病患者隨病程增長(zhǎng),血小板聚集程度增高;痰熱腑實(shí)證患者具有更高的血小板聚集程度。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the characteristics of platelet inhibition rate in patients with acute ischemic apoplexy and the relationship with phlegm and Fu Fu Fu. Methods: 85 cases of acute ischemic stroke, 44 cases of phlegm heat syndrome and 41 cases of non phlegm heat syndrome were included, and the information of sex, age, medical history and other information were recorded and thrombus was used in all patients. The platelet inhibition rate (AA inhibition rate, ADP inhibition rate) was detected by the elasto map. Results: the ADP inhibition rate and (AA+ADP) inhibition rate of patients with acute ischemic stroke were linearly correlated with the course of disease (R -0.223, -0.264, P0.05). The inhibition rate of AA was in linear positive correlation with the inhibition rate of ADP (r=0.283, P0.01). The level of production rate was lower than that in the non phlegm heat syndrome group (P0.05). Conclusion: the patients with acute ischemic stroke increase with the course of disease, the degree of platelet aggregation is higher, and the patients with phlegm heat syndrome have higher degree of platelet aggregation.
