【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查銀屑病患者的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型、發(fā)病因素與辨證分型,探討銀屑病的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型與發(fā)病因素、辨證分型的相關(guān)性。方法:對380名銀屑病患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,詢問其癥狀、發(fā)病誘因及其證候類型。讓患者填寫中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類與判定表獲取患者體質(zhì)類型。對患者基本信息、發(fā)病因素、證候及體質(zhì)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件進(jìn)行處理,分析得出銀屑病患者的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型與發(fā)病因素及其辨證分型的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:380例銀屑病患者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型頻數(shù)的百分比最大的為陰虛質(zhì),占總數(shù)的23.21%。所有患者中醫(yī)證候分型中以血熱風(fēng)盛證患者分布最多,為總數(shù)的41.57%。在發(fā)病因素中,情志障礙因素所占的頻數(shù)百分比最高,為22.58%。380例銀屑病患者的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型與發(fā)病因素及辨證分型有顯著的相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:380例銀屑病患者的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型以陰虛質(zhì)多見,中醫(yī)癥候以血熱風(fēng)盛證多見,情志因素為銀屑病患者發(fā)病的重要誘發(fā)因素。情緒障礙、家族史以及飲酒因素會對特定體質(zhì)患者的病程產(chǎn)生影響。血熱風(fēng)盛證患者中陰虛質(zhì)為易感體質(zhì),血瘀肌膚證患者中瘀血質(zhì)為易感體質(zhì),血虛風(fēng)燥證患者中氣虛質(zhì)為易感體質(zhì)。濕熱蘊(yùn)膚證患者中,濕熱質(zhì)和痰濕質(zhì)為其易感體質(zhì),風(fēng)濕阻絡(luò)證及火毒熾盛證患者中痰濕質(zhì)為其易感體質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the TCM physique types, pathogenesis factors and syndrome differentiation of psoriasis patients, and to explore the correlation between TCM physique types and pathogenesis factors of psoriasis. Methods: 380 patients with psoriasis were investigated by questionnaire and asked about their symptoms, causes and syndromes. Let the patient fill in TCM constitution classification and judgment form to obtain patient physique type. The basic information, pathogenesis factors, syndromes and physique of patients with psoriasis were treated with SPSS17.0 software, and the correlation between TCM physique types and pathogenesis factors and syndrome differentiation of psoriasis patients was obtained. Results the percentage of TCM constitution type frequency in 380 cases of psoriasis was the largest, accounting for 23.21% of the total. In all the TCM syndromes, the blood heat and wind syndrome was the most widely distributed, which was 41.57 of the total. Among the etiological factors, emotional disorders accounted for the highest percentage of the frequency, 22.58.380 cases of psoriasis patients with TCM physique type and pathogenesis factors and syndrome differentiation has a significant correlation. Conclusion in 380 cases of psoriasis, the types of TCM constitution are mostly yin deficiency, the symptoms of TCM are blood heat and wind, and emotional factors are the important inducing factors of psoriasis. Emotional disorders, family history, and drinking factors have an impact on the course of disease in patients with specific physical conditions. Yin deficiency is susceptible constitution, blood stasis is susceptible constitution in blood stasis skin syndrome, Qi deficiency is susceptible constitution in blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome. Damp heat and phlegm dampness were the susceptible constitution in the patients with damp-heat and skin retention syndrome, and phlegm dampness in the patients with rheumatism blocking collaterals syndrome and fire toxin incandescence syndrome were the susceptible constitution.
