【摘要】：目的探討中醫(yī)辨證施護對老年腦病患者肢體運動功能恢復(fù)及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法 122例老年腦病患者入院后順序分組,各61例。對照組給予常規(guī)護理干預(yù),觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上基于中醫(yī)辯證施護。對比兩組干預(yù)前后肢體運動功能(FMA)評分及生活質(zhì)量評分,并統(tǒng)計護理滿意度。結(jié)果干預(yù)前兩組FMA運動積分、生活質(zhì)量評分比較無差異(P0.05),干預(yù)后觀察組各項評分均高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組護理滿意度95.08%高于對照組80.33%(P0.05)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)辯證施護有利于促進老年腦病患者肢體運動功能恢復(fù)及生活質(zhì)量的改善,且護理滿意度高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on the recovery of physical function and the quality of life of the elderly patients with encephalopathy. Methods 122 cases of senile encephalopathy were divided into 61 cases in order, each group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was based on the dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis. The score of limb movement function (FMA) before and after the intervention of the two groups was compared. And the quality of life score, and statistical nursing satisfaction. Before the intervention, the scores of the two groups of FMA movement were not different (P0.05). The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.08% higher than the control group (80.33%) (P0.05). Conclusion the dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine is beneficial to the promotion of the elderly patients with encephalopathy. Limb motor function recovery and quality of life improved, and nursing satisfaction was high.
