【摘要】：目的:建立直腸癌的蛋白質(zhì)相互作用網(wǎng)絡(luò),并分析直腸癌方劑的組方規(guī)律,從基因蛋白質(zhì)角度對接。方法:收集并篩選《腫瘤方劑大辭典》中主治直腸癌的方劑,錄入中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng),利用改進互信息法、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類、無監(jiān)督的熵層次聚類等無監(jiān)督數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,分析直腸癌方劑的組方規(guī)律。結(jié)果:對篩選出的125首治療直腸癌的方劑進行分析,確定處方中藥物出現(xiàn)的頻次,演化得到核心組合32個,新處方16個。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法總結(jié)直腸癌方劑組成,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)組方規(guī)律,為臨床用藥提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish the protein interaction network of rectal cancer and analyze the formula of rectal cancer prescription. Methods: the main prescriptions for rectal cancer were collected and screened, and the methods of unsupervised data mining such as improved mutual information method, entropy clustering of complex systems, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering, etc. To analyze the rule of prescription of rectal cancer. Results: 125 prescriptions for the treatment of rectal cancer were analyzed and the frequency of the drugs in the prescriptions was determined. 32 core combinations and 16 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion: data mining method can be used to summarize the composition of rectal cancer prescriptions and provide evidence for clinical use.
