【摘要】：目的:本課題通過對古代經(jīng)典著作及醫(yī)家有關(guān)單式針刺手法的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行全面的整理與研究,并總結(jié)了近代醫(yī)家單式針刺手法,對技術(shù)要領(lǐng)總結(jié)并歸納整理,以期能提高臨床療效,并對針灸臨床更好的指導(dǎo)。方法:先以傳統(tǒng)針刺手法發(fā)展史為主干通過手工檢索醫(yī)籍中關(guān)于單式針刺手法的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,及近現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家單式針刺手法研究,再從維普、清華同方、萬方等數(shù)據(jù)庫中檢索有關(guān)單式針刺手法方面的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)古今針灸醫(yī)家對單式針刺手法方面的論述,檢索分析后完成對單式針刺手法的理論整理與總結(jié)歸納,提供單式針刺手法理論上的論證,為名老中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)思想、臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)及傳統(tǒng)針刺手法的傳承與發(fā)展及針灸醫(yī)生的傳承培養(yǎng)提供理論依據(jù)和借鑒。結(jié)果:手工檢索到單式針刺手法的相關(guān)書籍20余本,引用內(nèi)容中記載單式針刺手法的書籍有9本。從中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中檢索到相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)150余篇,可參考引用文獻(xiàn)40篇。檢索分析后完成單式針刺手法理論總結(jié),并重點(diǎn)結(jié)合導(dǎo)師張縉教授24式單式手法進(jìn)行綜合分析與總結(jié)。結(jié)論:通過記載古代單式手法著作文獻(xiàn)整理研究,近代醫(yī)家針刺單式手法的總結(jié)歸納,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用單式針刺手法所要達(dá)到的目的:通過針刺手法激發(fā)經(jīng)氣、傳導(dǎo)經(jīng)氣,通過感傳達(dá)到氣至病所。但考慮到從古至今針灸醫(yī)生所提出的單式手法種類繁多且多無規(guī)律,為了臨床工作者更好的應(yīng)用及研究,故總結(jié)經(jīng)典著作及近現(xiàn)代針刺大家單式手法研究后,重點(diǎn)研究了張縉老師提出的簡單方便,易記易學(xué)易理解的單式手法組合歸類,希望可以給廣大針灸愛好者提供參考。單式針刺手法種類和方法多樣,雖然方法各異,但核心均為針刺后得氣從而氣至病所。因此只要針灸醫(yī)生掌握基本的單式手法,“明其理,知其法,活其用”,會對針灸臨床大有裨益,取得更好的針灸臨床治療效果,相信精湛技藝——針刺手法的傳承工作會達(dá)到新時代的高峰,針灸會成為綠色、安全、有效的特色醫(yī)療方法,從而被越來越多的人認(rèn)可并接受。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the comprehensive arrangement and research on the ancient classical works and the contents of the medical practitioners about the single type acupuncture technique, this paper summarizes the modern doctors' single type acupuncture technique, sums up the technical essentials and sums up the technical essentials. In order to improve the clinical efficacy, and acupuncture clinical better guidance. Methods: based on the history of the development of traditional acupuncture techniques, the relevant contents of single-type acupuncture techniques in medical books were searched by hand, and the research on the single-type acupuncture techniques of modern and modern physicians was carried out, and then from Weipu and Qinghua Tongfang, In the database of Wanfang and so on, the relevant literature on single acupuncture manipulation is searched, and the exposition of ancient and modern acupuncture physicians on single acupuncture manipulation is summarized. After searching and analyzing, the theoretical arrangement and summary of single type acupuncture manipulation are completed. To provide theoretical argumentation of single-type acupuncture manipulation, to provide theoretical basis and reference for the academic thought, clinical experience, the inheritance and development of traditional acupuncture techniques and the inheritance and cultivation of acupuncture doctors. Results: more than 20 books about single acupuncture manipulation were retrieved by hand, and 9 books were quoted. More than 150 related papers were retrieved from the database of China KnowledgeNet and 40 references were cited. After retrieval and analysis, the theory of single acupuncture manipulation was summarized, and combined with professor Zhang Jin, professor 24, comprehensive analysis and summary. Conclusion: through documenting and studying the literature of ancient single-type manipulation and summing up the modern physicians, we find out that the purpose to be achieved by using single-type acupuncture is to stimulate meridian qi and conduct meridian qi through acupuncture manipulation. Convey to the place of illness by feeling. However, considering that there are many kinds of single manipulations proposed by acupuncture doctors from ancient to present, and in order to improve the application and research of clinical workers, after summing up the classical works and the study of acupuncture in modern times, This paper focuses on the simple, convenient, easy to remember and easy to understand combination of simple and easy to learn, which is proposed by teacher Zhang Jin, hoping to provide reference for the majority of acupuncture enthusiasts. There are many kinds and methods of single acupuncture manipulation, but the core is Qi after acupuncture. Therefore, as long as the acupuncture doctor grasps the basic single-style technique, "knowing the rationale, knowing the method, and using it," it will be of great benefit to the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion and will achieve better clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion. It is believed that the inheriting work of consummate skill-acupuncture technique will reach the peak of the new era, acupuncture will become green, safe, effective characteristic medical method, thus be accepted and accepted by more and more people.
