【摘要】：目前手法分類(lèi)存在的問(wèn)題主要有:分類(lèi)不相稱;分類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一;分類(lèi)層次不清;分類(lèi)的名稱需斟酌或重新確定�；诖�,筆者在明確了分類(lèi)的概念及作用,確定了手法分類(lèi)的原則以后,對(duì)手法進(jìn)行分類(lèi)。首先按手法應(yīng)用對(duì)象年齡的不同分為兩大類(lèi),即成人手法和小兒手法。對(duì)成人手法再分類(lèi),可以根據(jù)手法的應(yīng)用數(shù)量對(duì)成人手法進(jìn)行分類(lèi),分為單式手法與復(fù)合手法兩類(lèi)。對(duì)單式手法再分類(lèi)可以分為軟組織類(lèi)手法與運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)類(lèi)手法。對(duì)軟組織類(lèi)手法再分類(lèi),可以根據(jù)手法的動(dòng)作形態(tài)把軟組織類(lèi)手法分為擺動(dòng)類(lèi)、摩擦類(lèi)、按拿類(lèi)、振動(dòng)類(lèi)及叩擊類(lèi)等五類(lèi)手法。對(duì)小兒手法再分類(lèi)可以分為小兒基礎(chǔ)手法和復(fù)式手法。
[Abstract]:At present, the main problems of manual classification are as follows: the classification is not commensurate; the classification standard is not uniform; the classification level is not clear; and the name of the classification needs to be considered or redetermined. Based on this, the author defines the concept and function of the classification and determines the principle of manual classification, then classifies the manipulation. First, according to the different age of manipulative objects, they are divided into two categories: adult manipulation and pediatric manipulation. The adult manipulations can be classified according to the number of manipulations, which can be divided into two categories: single manipulation and compound manipulation. The subclassification of single manipulations can be divided into soft tissue manipulations and motion joint manipulations. The soft tissue manipulations can be subdivided into five types according to the action form of soft tissue, such as swinging, friction, holding, vibration and percussion. The subclassification of pediatric manipulations can be divided into basic and compound manipulations.
