【摘要】：《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》明確提出了寒熱致病的病因病機(jī)及"治寒以熱,治熱以寒"的證治方法�！秱s病論》將"寒熱并治"思想廣泛施用于臨床,創(chuàng)立了一系列治療胃腸道疾病的"寒熱并治"法代表性方劑如瀉心湯類方,后世醫(yī)家對這一治療方法又進(jìn)行充實(shí)和完善。自20世紀(jì)80年代開始應(yīng)用神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌學(xué)方法闡述了寒熱證發(fā)生的機(jī)制,之后對寒熱本質(zhì)開展了進(jìn)一步的研究,并將"寒熱并治"法有效地應(yīng)用于消化道疾病的臨床治療中,如胃食管反流病、腸道病變及相關(guān)性胃炎等。介紹了寒熱并治法在消化道疾病治療中的應(yīng)用思路。
[Abstract]:Huangdi's Internal Classic clearly put forward the etiology and pathogenesis of cold and heat and the method of syndrome and treatment of "treating cold with heat and heat with cold". A series of representative prescriptions, such as Xiexin decoction, were established to treat gastrointestinal diseases. Since 1980s, the neuroendocrine method has been used to explain the mechanism of cold and heat syndrome, and then the essence of cold and heat has been further studied, and the method of "combining cold and heat" has been effectively applied to the clinical treatment of digestive tract diseases. Such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, intestinal lesions and associated gastritis. This paper introduces the application of the method of combining cold and heat in the treatment of digestive tract diseases.
