【摘要】：病證結(jié)合模式是疾病中醫(yī)診療觀由"辨病"向"辨證與辨病結(jié)合"轉(zhuǎn)變的產(chǎn)物,也是客觀評價中醫(yī)疾病療效的科學方法之一。影響痔病病證結(jié)合模式的決定因素有痔病中醫(yī)診療觀的演變、古今痔概念內(nèi)涵的演變規(guī)律、痔病相關(guān)證的時相性和空間性特征,以古今痔概念的演變規(guī)律及證的時相性特征為經(jīng),以證的空間性特征為緯,可將古今痔病病證結(jié)合模式分為3種模式,即秦漢古痔局部病證結(jié)合模式、明清古痔整體病證結(jié)合模式、近現(xiàn)代痔病病證結(jié)合模式,3種模式均有缺陷,有必要重構(gòu)融合痔病病理學本質(zhì)及痔病內(nèi)外證各自時相性和空間性特征的現(xiàn)代痔病證結(jié)合模式,為客觀評價痔病中醫(yī)臨床療效奠定方法學基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The mode of combination of disease and syndrome is the result of the change from "differentiation of disease" to "combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation", and is also one of the scientific methods for objectively evaluating the curative effect of TCM diseases. The influencing factors of hemorrhoids syndrome combination model are the evolution of TCM diagnosis and treatment concept of hemorrhoids, the evolution law of the concept of hemorrhoids, the temporal and spatial characteristics of hemorrhoids related syndromes, and the relationship between hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids. Based on the evolvement law of ancient and modern hemorrhoids concept and the temporal characteristics of syndrome, and the spatial characteristics of syndrome as weft, the combination model of ancient and modern hemorrhoids can be divided into three models, namely, the combination mode of local disease and syndrome of ancient hemorrhoids in Qin and Han dynasties. There were defects in the three models of the combination of ancient hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is necessary to reconstruct the modern hemorrhoid syndromes combined with the pathological nature of hemorrhoids and the temporal and spatial characteristics of internal and external hemorrhoids. For objective evaluation of hemorrhoids clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to lay a methodological foundation.
