【摘要】：目的:探討針灸聯(lián)合中醫(yī)藥治療肝郁化火型失眠的臨床效果。方法:選取2014年2月—2016年3月以來收治的80例肝郁化火型失眠患者作為研究對象,按治療方法的不同分為對照組和觀察組,每組各40例。給予對照組患者龍膽瀉肝丸進行治療,觀察組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合針灸進行治療,觀察兩組患者的治療效果、肝郁化火證候積分及PSQI情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者治療有效率為95.0%,顯著高于對照組(80.0%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義P0.05;治療前,兩組肝郁化火證候積分和PSQI評分比較,無顯著差異(P0.05),治療后,兩組證候積分均有顯著改善,觀察組優(yōu)于對照組,PSQI評分均降低,觀察組低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針灸聯(lián)合中醫(yī)藥治療肝郁化火型失眠能有效改善患者睡眠質(zhì)量,調(diào)節(jié)患者情志,毒副作用低,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on insomnia with liver depression and fire. Methods: from February 2014 to March 2016, 80 patients with insomnia of liver depression and fire type were selected as study objects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Longdan Xiegan pills, and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups, the integral of liver depression and fire syndrome and the PSQI were observed. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of liver depression and fire syndrome and the PSQI score (P 0.05). After treatment, the syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved. The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia of liver depression and fire, regulate the mood of patients, have low toxicity and side effects, and improve the quality of life of patients.
