【摘要】：目的:觀察補(bǔ)氣活血通絡(luò)法治療椎-基底動(dòng)脈供血不足的臨床療效。方法:納入70例椎-基底動(dòng)脈供血不足患者,按照隨機(jī)雙盲法分為治療組與對(duì)照組各35例,治療組給予中醫(yī)補(bǔ)氣活血通絡(luò)法治療,對(duì)照組給予尼莫地平片治療,2組均以7天為1療程,連續(xù)治療2~3療程。檢測(cè)2組患者治療前后右椎動(dòng)脈(RVA)、左椎動(dòng)脈(LVA)、基底動(dòng)脈(BA)的血流速度與血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo),統(tǒng)計(jì)2組患者治療后的臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療后,治療組與對(duì)照組總有效率分別為94.29%、68.57%,2組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組RVA、LVA、BA的血流速度與血漿黏度、全血黏度、纖維蛋白原、血細(xì)胞比容等血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)均較治療前有一定程度的改善,治療組各指標(biāo)的改善情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用中醫(yī)補(bǔ)氣活血通絡(luò)法治療椎-基底動(dòng)脈供血不足的療效優(yōu)于單純西藥治療,可有效改善患者RVA、LVA、BA的血流速度及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo),有效緩解癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of tonifying qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals in treating vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency. Methods: seventy patients with vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The control group was treated with nimodipine tablets for 7 days as a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 2 courses. The blood flow velocity and hemorheological parameters of right vertebral artery (RV), left vertebral artery (LVA) and basilar artery (BA) were measured before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.29 and 68.57, respectively. The difference was statistically significant. The blood flow velocity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen were significantly different between the two groups. The hemorheological indexes such as blood cell volume were improved to some extent compared with those before treatment. The improvement of each index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency with traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of western medicine alone. It can effectively improve the blood flow velocity and hemorheology index of RVAV LVABA, and relieve symptoms effectively.
