【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)針刀治療臀上皮神經(jīng)卡壓綜合征的臨床療效。方法:電子檢索2001年1月—2016年11月7個(gè)中外文數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過閱讀全文并進(jìn)行篩選,納入針刀治療臀上皮神經(jīng)卡壓綜合征的隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)(randomized controlled trail,RCT),提取納入文獻(xiàn)有效信息。根據(jù)改良版Jadad量表對(duì)納入RCT進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)分,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件Review Manager 5.3進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入10篇RCTs,Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:與對(duì)照組相比,針刀治療臀上皮神經(jīng)卡壓綜合征可提高臨床療效。RR=7.53,95%CI(4.90,11.56),P0.00001。結(jié)論:與對(duì)照組治療臀上皮神經(jīng)卡壓綜合征的方法相比,針刀療法在提高臨床療效方面具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。但由于納入文獻(xiàn)大部分文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量較低,且安全性評(píng)價(jià)存在發(fā)表偏倚,尚需大量高質(zhì)量、大樣本、多中心的隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證其臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of needle knife in the treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome. Methods: seven databases of Chinese and foreign languages were searched electronically from January 2001 to November 2016. The full text was read and screened, and the randomized controlled clinical trial of acupuncture for the treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome was carried out. The valid information was extracted and included in the literature. According to the improved version of Jadad scale, the literature quality of RCT was evaluated, and the Meta analysis was carried out with the statistical software Review Manager 5.3. Results: the results of 10 RCTs Meta-analysis showed that acupuncture treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve entrapment syndrome could improve the clinical efficacy. RRRN 7.53 ~ 95CII 4.90 ~ 11.56% P0.00001. Conclusion: compared with the control group, acupuncture therapy has statistical difference in improving the clinical efficacy. However, due to the low quality of most of the literature included and the publication bias of the safety evaluation, a large number of high quality, large samples, and multi-center randomized controlled clinical trials are needed to verify its clinical effect.
