【摘要】：目的:探索和分析中藥穴位外敷與口服治療下元虛寒型兒童遺尿的臨床療效。方法:選取我院兒科2014年2月到2015年7月的下元虛寒型遺尿癥患兒60例,隨機分為試驗組和對照組,每組30人,試驗組治療以自擬補腎止遺散穴位外敷加口服,對照組治療以單純口服自擬補腎止遺散,治療到達療程后比較兩組患者的治療效果,隨訪并對比兩組患者的復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:試驗組和對照組治療后第2周每周遺尿次數(shù)分別為:2.93±1.34、4.15±2.12;第4周每周遺尿次數(shù)分別為:0.64±1.68、2.13±4.87;第8周每周遺尿次數(shù)分別為:0.12±0.05、1.34±0.91。試驗組與對照組治療前證候積分分別為:7.89±2.28、7.68±2.68;治療后證候積分分別為:2.45±1.78、3.93±2.03。試驗組治療總有效率為90.0%,對照組治療總有效率為80.0%,試驗組總有效率高于對照組(P0.05),試驗組隨訪復(fù)發(fā)率為11.1%,對照組復(fù)發(fā)率為25%,試驗組的復(fù)發(fā)率明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自擬補腎止遺散穴位外敷與口服治療小兒遺尿癥的療效顯著,治療后第2周、第4周、第8周遺尿次數(shù)明顯減少,中醫(yī)證候積分明顯降低,總有效率高于對照組,隨訪復(fù)發(fā)率低,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore and analyze the clinical effect of acupoint external application and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile enuresis in children with deficiency cold type. Methods: from February 2014 to July 2015, 60 children with lower yuan deficiency cold type enuresis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple oral tonifying kidney Zhiyi powder. The curative effect of the two groups was compared after the treatment and the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared. Results: the number of enuresis per week in the experimental group and the control group was 2.93 鹵1.34.15 鹵2.12 in the second week, 0.64 鹵1.68 in the fourth week, 2.13 鹵4.87 in the fourth week, and 0.12 鹵0.051.34 鹵0.91in the 8th week. Before treatment, the score of syndromes in the experimental group and the control group was 7.89 鹵2.287.68 鹵2.68, respectively, and the score of the syndrome after treatment was 2.45 鹵1.78 and 3.93 鹵2.03respectively. The total effective rate of treatment was 90.0g in the trial group and 80.0in the control group. The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The recurrence rate of the trial group was 11.1 and the recurrence rate of the control group was 25. The recurrence rate of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of infantile enuresis by external application and oral administration of Bushen Zhiyi Powder has remarkable effect. The number of enuresis at the 2nd, 4th and 8th week after treatment is obviously reduced, the integral of TCM syndrome is obviously decreased, and the total effective rate is higher than that of the control group. The recurrence rate is low, which is worthy of clinical application.
