【摘要】：石學(xué)敏院士從"氣海理論"出發(fā),創(chuàng)立了以人迎穴為主穴的"司氣海,調(diào)血壓"針刺技術(shù),在臨床應(yīng)用中取得了良好效果。本文立足于"氣海理論",從中醫(yī)的元?dú)�、宗氣、營(yíng)氣、衛(wèi)氣以及氣、血、脈之間的關(guān)系和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)中心排血量、交感神經(jīng)活性、血管等方面闡釋對(duì)高血壓病的認(rèn)識(shí)。二者在對(duì)高血壓形成的認(rèn)識(shí)中達(dá)到了較完美的契合,體現(xiàn)本針刺技術(shù)的科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性。此外,文中還詳細(xì)介紹了石學(xué)敏院士根據(jù)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中氣海理論和"無(wú)風(fēng)不作眩"等理論提出高血壓的主要病機(jī)為"氣海失司"的思想源流以及本針刺技術(shù)的穴位選擇——人迎、曲池、合谷、足三里、太沖,重點(diǎn)論述了各個(gè)穴位針刺的量學(xué)操作規(guī)范,并基于中醫(yī)理論和現(xiàn)代臨床研究闡述各個(gè)穴位的選穴依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of "air sea", academician Shi Xuemin has established the acupuncture technique of "Si Qi Hai, regulating blood pressure", which is based on the point of people's ying point, and has achieved good results in clinical application. Based on the theory of "air and sea", this paper explains the understanding of hypertension from the aspects of vital Qi, Zong Qi, Ying Qi, Wei Qi and the relationship between qi, blood and pulse, and the discharge of blood, sympathetic nerve activity and blood vessel in modern medical center. The two have reached a perfect agreement in understanding the formation of hypertension, which reflects the scientific and practical nature of the acupuncture technique. In addition, the article also introduces in detail the Shi Xuemin academician's theory of the mid-air sea and the theory of "no wind without dizziness" according to the theory that the main pathogenesis of hypertension is the source of the thought of "gas and sea loss" and the acupoint choice of this acupuncture technique, that is, "people welcome". Quchi, Hegu, Zusanli, Taichung, this paper mainly discusses the quantitative operation standard of acupuncture at each acupoint, and expounds the basis of acupoint selection based on the theory of TCM and modern clinical research.
