【摘要】：目的探討推拿手法聯(lián)合跑臺訓(xùn)練對坐骨神經(jīng)橫斷傷延期外膜修復(fù)后促進(jìn)神經(jīng)再生的效果。方法 60只Sprague-Dawley大鼠隨機(jī)等分為對照組、模型組和治療組。后兩組建立坐骨神經(jīng)橫斷傷延期外膜縫合模型,治療組給予捏法推拿及跑臺訓(xùn)練,每天1次。分別于干預(yù)后1個月、2個月各取10只大鼠檢測坐骨神經(jīng)運(yùn)動神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(MCV)、再生神經(jīng)軸突數(shù)及施萬細(xì)胞數(shù),電鏡觀察超微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果與模型組比較,治療組MCV在干預(yù)后2個月加快(P0.05),軸突數(shù)無顯著性差異(P0.05),施萬細(xì)胞數(shù)增加(P0.05),電鏡下?lián)p傷較輕。結(jié)論推拿手法聯(lián)合跑臺訓(xùn)練可促進(jìn)損傷的周圍神經(jīng)再生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of massage combined with treadmill training on promoting nerve regeneration after delayed repair of epineurium in sciatic nerve transection. Methods 60 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group. The model of delayed epineurium suture of sciatic nerve transection was established in the latter two groups, and the treatment group was treated with kneading massage and treadmill training once a day. The motor nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerve, the number of regenerated nerve axons and Schwann cells were measured in 10 rats at 1 month and 2 months after intervention, and the ultrastructure of sciatic nerve was observed by electron microscope. Results compared with the model group, the MCV of the treatment group accelerated P0.05 after 2 months of intervention, the number of axons had no significant difference (P0.05A), the number of Schwann cells increased P0.05A, and the injury was mild under electron microscope. Conclusion Massage manipulation combined with treadmill training can promote the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve.
