【摘要】：目的:探索導(dǎo)師唐農(nóng)教授運用其學(xué)術(shù)理論思想治療老年惡性腫瘤的經(jīng)驗,梳理唐農(nóng)教授學(xué)術(shù)理論思想淵藪以及主要學(xué)術(shù)理論,研究“本土學(xué)說”在老年惡性腫瘤治療中的重要意義,總結(jié)唐農(nóng)教授對老年惡性腫瘤病因病機的認(rèn)識,以及治法治則的規(guī)律。方法:其一,運用文獻檢索,綜述古今中醫(yī)對老年惡性腫瘤的認(rèn)識,以及現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)藥治療老年惡性腫瘤的研究現(xiàn)狀。其二,通過系統(tǒng)研究導(dǎo)師唐農(nóng)教授的著述,梳理唐農(nóng)教授學(xué)術(shù)理論思想淵藪以及相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)理論;結(jié)合欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)著作,重點研究“本土學(xué)說”理論,并與相關(guān)中土理論思想進行比較。其三,收集整理唐農(nóng)教授治療老年惡性腫瘤的案例,聯(lián)系“本土學(xué)說”及相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)理論思想,總結(jié)在唐農(nóng)教授學(xué)術(shù)理論思想指導(dǎo)下,運用次第法則治療老年惡性腫瘤的臨床經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果:唐農(nóng)教授的學(xué)術(shù)理論思想體系以欽安盧氏扶陽醫(yī)學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),以中華文化經(jīng)典的宇宙生成觀為背景,深刻揭示人之生命現(xiàn)象本質(zhì)。唐農(nóng)教授的主要學(xué)術(shù)理論包括“三論”、“七大法則”,其中以“中醫(yī)陰陽本體結(jié)構(gòu)理論”和“中醫(yī)本土學(xué)說理論”最為核心,揭示人體陰陽結(jié)構(gòu)為內(nèi)陽外陰的本體結(jié)構(gòu),人之生命整體的本質(zhì)屬性在五行中屬土,并正確理解扶正祛邪等中醫(yī)治則的根本含義。認(rèn)識老年惡性腫瘤的病因病機為陰陽本體結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞、人體本土屬性的衰敗和后天中土系統(tǒng)的失衡,治療應(yīng)設(shè)法恢復(fù)人體內(nèi)陽外陰的本體結(jié)構(gòu),修復(fù)人體的本土屬性,回歸后天中土系統(tǒng)的平衡狀態(tài)。具體治療時,提出次第治療的三大法則,分別為“溫通中焦,恢復(fù)中氣”、“溫化內(nèi)寒,疏通郁熱”和“培土填精,固本培元”,根據(jù)次第治療原則靈活遣方用藥,強調(diào)臨證始終不離六經(jīng)辨證,注重把握陽氣與中氣在治療中的關(guān)鍵地位。結(jié)論:唐農(nóng)教授的學(xué)術(shù)理論思想契合中醫(yī)經(jīng)典著述,還原經(jīng)典本義,有助于理解中醫(yī)理論的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,理明則用達,能有效指導(dǎo)臨床實踐,具有自洽性,是對中醫(yī)學(xué)理論及臨證的發(fā)展。中醫(yī)藥在治療老年惡性腫瘤方面具有獨特優(yōu)勢,運用唐農(nóng)教授學(xué)術(shù)理論思想指導(dǎo)老年惡性腫瘤的治療,有助于厘清老年惡性腫瘤的病因病機以及治療原則,尤其在“本土學(xué)說”的指導(dǎo)下,形成了理法方藥的完備體系,為中醫(yī)臨床系統(tǒng)治療老年惡性腫瘤提供了新思路新方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the experience of Professor Tang Nong's academic theory in the treatment of Senile Malignant tumor, to comb the academic theory and theory of Professor Tang Nong, to study the significance of "native theory" in the treatment of malignant tumor in the elderly, and to summarize the understanding of Professor Tang Nong's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of old malignant tumor and the treatment of the disease. Method: first, it uses literature retrieval, summarizes the understanding of ancient and modern Chinese medicine to the elderly malignant tumor, and the research status of modern traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of old malignant tumors. Secondly, through systematic study of Professor Tang Nong's writings, it combs the academic theory of Professor Tang Nong and related academic theories; It focuses on the theory of "indigenous theory" and compares it with the relevant theory of Middle Earth. Thirdly, it collects and collects the cases of Professor Tang Nong's treatment of old malignant tumor in old age, related to "native theory" and related academic theory, and summarizes the treatment of senile malignancy under the guidance of Professor Tang Nong's academic theory. Results: Professor Tang's academic theory and thought system is based on the Lushi Fuyang medicine of Qin An, based on the cosmos concept of Chinese culture classic, and deeply reveals the essence of human life phenomenon. The theory and the theory of local theory of traditional Chinese medicine are the core of the theory. It reveals that the structure of the human body Yin and Yang is the noumenon structure of the inner Yang vulva. The essential attribute of the whole human life belongs to the soil in the five lines, and the fundamental meaning of the traditional Chinese medicine is to be understood correctly. The decline of the soil property and the imbalance of the earth system in the later days, treatment should try to restore the body structure of the Yang vulva in the human body, restore the native property of the human body and return to the balance state of the soil system in the middle of the day. In the specific treatment, the three rules of secondary treatment are put forward, which are "Wen Tongzhong coke, recovery of middle Qi", "warming the cold, dredging the depression heat" and " "To fill the earth and fill the essence, consolidate the yuan", according to the principle of secondary treatment flexibly prescribe medicine, emphasizes that the syndrome is never separated from the six meridians, and pays attention to the key position of Yang Qi and middle Qi in the treatment. The use of Ming, which can effectively guide the clinical practice, is self consistent, is the development of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of the clinical evidence. It has a unique advantage in the treatment of old malignant tumors in the elderly. The treatment of old malignant tumor by using Professor Tang's academic theory is helpful to clarify the pathogenesis and treatment principles of old malignant tumors, especially the principle of treatment. Under the guidance of "local theory", it formed a complete system of rational prescriptions, and provided a new way of thinking for the treatment of Senile Malignant Tumors by TCM clinical system.
